Krispy Kreme Romford Liberty — Restaurant in London

On Saturday, June 7th, around 10:00 AM, I visited Krispy Kreme in Romford to pick up some birthday doughnuts for my niece. While I appreciated the well-arranged display and being able to pick out my own dozen, the experience was really let down by the customer service. The server, who was wearing a red t-shirt, started chatting with another mall employee right in the middle of my transaction and completely ignored me. I found this incredibly rude; I think she should have waited until my purchase was finished. As always, Krispy Kreme doughnuts have a wonderful fresh aroma, taste and texture. I love that they're baked the same day you buy them but still taste great a few days after refrigerating. The Cookies and Cream, Wonder Woman and Cinnamon Swirl flavours was spectacular, we basically couldn't fault anything about their taste. However, the Biscoff flavour just doesn't taste anywhere near as good as it looks. Unfortunately, the sizes of the doughnuts were very uneven as you can see in the picture, some being much bigger than others. However, this may have been because we ordered at a time of high demand with their 50% off deal. I'd definitely still order again but with a few flavour changes, so...

Hannah, what a joy. I usually only buy 2 or max 4 donuts as we're a family of 4. She was so enthusiastic about the 12 for £12 I just couldn't say no! She should be a manager.
