McDonald's — Restaurant in London

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager! I went in there at 10pm tonight with four stickers from the monopoly game. I have NEVER cashed these in or used them and each one they said was used and BELITTLED me!! Made out like I am lying, EVEN LAUGHED to each other! They told me I had used them on the machine and that I was lying! I even said I have the money to pay for a meal and why would I dispute this over a couple of pounds?! I assume he was the manager because he was dressed differently to the rest and gave me such Revolting attitude!! I have NEVER in my life felt so disrespected, ashamed and looked down upon!! Never in my life have I been spoken down to the way that guy spoke to me! To the point I left the McDonalds crying!! Absolutely lowlife behaviour!! I will be writing a long email to the head office because that was the most shocking interaction I have ever had, the humiliation he put me through for no reason!! I work as a veterinary nurse and I deal with the public on a daily basis you should NEVER speak to someone like they are the dirt on your shoe! I have left that place in tears, gone to the McDonald’s in north finchley and was greated so kindly and with care and they served me so well. I HOPE HE READS THIS AND FEELS ASHAMED! I will be writing my email tonight and I want this looked into further because I will NEVER go back...

The most horrible manager I ever seen in my life..We been to McDonald’s today with my family..my 5 years old son wanted to go to toilet but the toilets were closed because they were cleaning them. We ask a member of the staff to open the disabled toilet. He came but when he put the key someone shouted from inside go away. So we were waiting outside for ten minutes. When the person came out of the toilet we saw that was one of the staff, and my husband said we thought you were going to sleep in there because he was taking his time, especially when you know that there is no other toilet in use.Which he didn’t like and started shouting at him. My husband told him you work here and you shout at the customers like this and he said no I am not working here and slammed the door so we couldn’t get in the toilet, and said now you open it if you can. We asked one member of the staff if he works there and he said yes he is the manager of McDonald’s. You are a manager and you talk to people like this. How can you call someone idiot in front of their kids. Shame on you, you think that you own McDonald’s and you can talk to people like that. Horrible person, as a manager you should show your staff the right way to talk to people and not being selfish sitting in the toilet 15 minutes at least when you know other people are...

Went back today Friday 6th April 2018 absolutely terrible customer service till member had no manners at all, no please or thank you, no smile or eye contact, almost threw the change back and when I dropped it under the till didn't apologise or offer to help. Absolutely ignorant poor manners......where the hell is there customer training. Bad reflection on McDonald's PLC!

Nice decor especially the huge light shades by the front door, one would go well in my bathroom. Waited by the front door for half an hour to be seated and had to go up to the kitchen at the end to place food order. Staff slightly rude, no please or thank you when I gave money and received change (maybe they didn't go to school and/or had no parents to teach them that good manners cost nothing, especially when people support their job by handing money over, or may be they have just had little or no contact with the human race before).
