Very cheap behaviour, refused to give sauce on a £20 order, apparently it's 1 or 2 sauces per order, asked so if I orders 1 item at a time I'd get a sauce for each order, then the manager started to become passive aggressive, it's weird, I asked ok so where is the sauce despenser ooh we don't have 1, try to explain 1 sauce for a whole family is a bit redicilious, and wouldn't be a issue if they had a sauce dispenser but they don't, and wouldn't be a issue if my kids refuse to eat without ketchup or mcdonalds barbecue, so I did the petty thing asked to cancel the order and proceeded to order 1 item at a time, at which the manger couldn't say no considering he just said 1 sauce for 1 order, this couldve all been avoided if he just gave me a reasonable amount of sauce for the food or didn't cheap out with not having a sauce dispenser on site, all this faf just for a bit of extra sauce not to mention trying to get me to pay 50p for additional sauce, and then ordered 5 times and showed him the policy and used his own words against him, he was not happy finally got the sauce but not before showing his aggressive attitude and slamming it in the bag, food is fine for mcdonalds but gatekeeping some sauce packets which don't cost anything is...
Read moreI visited this McDonald’s with my family on 27th March 2025. We ordered food, sat down, and ate inside the restaurant. Shortly after ordering, I handed my car keys to my family and left for a short time due to an emergency. The vehicle remained parked at the restaurant while my family finished their meal and then left.
A few days later, I was shocked to receive a penalty notice claiming the car was parked without using the restaurant. When I contacted the issuing company and requested evidence, they refused to provide any proof and insisted that I had not visited McDonald’s.
This is extremely frustrating and unfair. We were legitimate customers who used the restaurant as intended, yet I was still issued a parking fine. It feels like a trap set up to catch unsuspecting customers and penalize them even when they have done nothing wrong.
I strongly urge anyone visiting this McDonald’s to be extremely cautious with their parking. Based on my experience, the system they have in place is deeply flawed, and customer service is unwilling to acknowledge or resolve...
Read moreI recently visited your restaurant on McDonald’s southhal trinity road and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations due to the behavior of the diksha who taking our order.Mcdonals always giving offers to their customers so its upto on how they can use its depands on the customer choise when we showed scanners to get off she was taking our order from McDonald’s benefits she react like we getting something from her personal stuff .she is unhelpful when we asked for recommendations, and their tone seemed impatient and rude. We felt rushed throughout the meal. This made the dining experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but respectful and polite service is essential in hospitality. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future guests do not face the same issue.
