McDonald's — Restaurant in London

The staff lie to you. I was shocked that they did to me. 7pm... I ask eat in and they give me take away. I complain and they say it us normal after 7pm that this happens. This is the first time i know about it since normally i am there at 9-10pm and i eat in. Never seen upstairs and they claim that despite downstairs is over over full, upstairs, they have no licence for in the evening.

Forgive me for being a sceptic. I rather think that the staff tell lies.

They close upstairs early, so they can close more easily.

They refuse eat inside early, because they want to make it easy for staff. Why does their online system ask if you want to eat inside or not

In these cold days- upstairs is important since the doors are always opening to make you cold downstairs.

It is the very poorest mcds I have found. This is in maybe 30 different countries.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.There has now been several times I have ordered from this place via uber eats.There has almost always been something missing ,but what outraged me the most is recently I ordered from here and I had ONLY received my two drinks.I asked the uber driver if he had left it, but he responded with "I asked them if there was any food because there was only a few drinks and they said there was no food ,I asked them to check and they still said there was not".I requested a refund and luckily enough I did get my refund ,but it left several people I ordered for quite hungry .I have also been to this place myself and all I can say is the atmosphere is not it ,staff are quick to get rid of you and not answer questions properly ,this place also has horrible management and oralganisation.Simply put ,I will not be ordering from here ever again unless...

One of our favourite and chosen Fast food Restaurants, affordable prices. We are regular customers but now afraid of eating hayes McDonald's also few others. Warning signs about hygiene relation to Toilet. Who is accountable or in charge needs to be recuirerd inspection regular basis. Downstairs Disable access toilet is for only Disable only but using as a Public toilet. I myself found very very dirty unhygienic toilet looked like didn't cleaned for few days. Stools was everywhere especially over the lid and commode. Next to the toilet has foods and Customers Services. At first make sure foods and hygiene rather than selling. I was sick for few days because of seen awaful dirty unhygienic toilet. We all knows how the deadly COVID taken our relatives family members and upto today we all are suffering. Poor management, lack of health...
