I smoke shisha all the time. In London and all over the world.

I ordered lemon and mint shisha, it was horrible. The coals were hardly changed and the service was next to none. Whoever was changing the coals, I felt like I literally had to beg them to do it. The service wasn’t friendly, wasn’t good and wasn’t very professional.

I wouldn’t sit in this cafe and smoke if someone paid for the bill, Shisha is horrible and seems like very cheap products are used. The coal was horrible. It’s a no from me.

Shisha was ok but didn't taste that amazing. Was served a milkshake that had had the plastic wrapper accidentally blended into it. My girlfriend found plastic flakes at the bottom of her glass realised the rough bits that she had been swallowing were in fact plastic wrapping. When told, the guy said that that had never happened before and then dashed off with a fake phone call. No apology and still made to pay for it. Their customer service is shockingly bad!! They give you fake flavour (even though I specifically asked for al faker grape and mint) and are racist! I’m doing you all a favour by telling you all to avoid this place and spend your money in any other Shisha cafe where you get quality Shisha good customer service a warm environment and better experience than the one that I unfortunately received!!!!!
