It was the worst experience of Indian food I have ever tasted in whole United Kingdom. I ordered from just eat and the food was tasteless and blend even after leaving the note to make it extra spicy. They charged me extra money for customer service and bag but the food was open and anyone can touch it before it reaches to me. And talking about customer service I called the restaurant and this girl called Anjali who was very rude and not ready to listen to my complain and simply said take refund from Just Eat besides being her mistake. I am surprised what they are taking customer service money for. She argued saying send me pictures of food how can I believe you received such food? And she hanged up on my face. It is unbelievable how can a person not listen to customers feedback being on the customer service desk. The Aloo Paratha seemed like a left over from last night. Paneer wrap didn't have salt also leave the spicy part. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order or dine in in this restaurant. Tasty snacks & food in a busy cramped restaurant with no toilet & with few staff to serve. The tables & floor areas need to be kept clean with hand sanitiser containers full of disinfectant for use by customers which was not the case!
