Putt & Play Harrow — Attraction in London

I had spent nearly £300 on last Sunday and i got very bad customer service from the counter where kids changed the tickets for toys. Guy was very rude towards me and my kid . My kid asked to replace the toy and he said no to him. When i requested he didn't even listen my request and told me i was rude to him and told me to leave . I asked manager to came and he all the time defending his colleague and said to me if his colleague felt than he has right but i didn't even swore at his colleague. Than i made complain to customer service and today i got call that oh if colleague felt than he has right to ask like that . So according to me they don't care customers just want our money and than if you have problem they just leave it as we as a customer already paid the money.

Food was cold but i didn't make complain about it (Pizza Twist). Initially they said when i booked we will have Pizza in the kids menu and than suddenly they changed their food menu ( we didn't notify or informed before hand )so we don't have any choice to select Pizza twist and when we visited there were 2 golf course and when we get there only 1 golf course open as other one refurbishing . For that we didn't get any email or call.

so overall i wouldn't recommend Harrow venue. Rating i would give not even 1 star.

There are other colleagues who were really good specially 2 ladies and 1 Asian guy who attended and gave food and all...

I went to Puttstars Harrow to day with my friend and it was the worst experience of my life today. We were bullied, we were harrassed and we almost had a fight with a bunch of 16 years old who would not let us play the game and wanted us to pay for their game. It was between 5pm to 6pm on 21st Ocotber 2023 everything would have been recorded in the cctvs. Puttstar people have no check and balance on who is entering the place and all these kids who have nothing to do with their life would come and try to just fight with others to ruin everyone life. This kept on happening for quite some time we kept on tolerating and then when we had enough and we knew they are not going to leave we went to the reception. They had no idea what was happening and only then they called the security and it took security enough time to come that all those 7 or 8 boys had left the place ruining our evening and our game. The only good thing here was that they called police and there were two poilice offeres who remained at the scene for sometime to make sure it does not happen again and we played for another few games and then left. But this was a very bad experience and I would request the management that you can easily identify these boys and they should be reported to police by the management as this would be the least they could do to prevent this from happening...

Puttstars is a games arcade crossed with a 2 course, 9 hole indoor putting experience, that also serves food and drinks. The putting costs £5 per child and £7.50 per adult for one course (either easy or hard difficulty levels) of 9 holes. They do offer a discount if you want to do both courses. After each hole, you can access a screen to log your scores, which gives you a running total and final positions. The last hole eats your ball to make sure you don't go again, although it doesn't for the first 8 holes, and some people who've been there before know this, and don't play the last hole, just going back to the beginning. It isn't well supervised! The games arcade is fairly well distributed with games - driving, shooting, air-hockey, basketball, pool etc. Some allow you to win tickets that can be traded in for prizes (which aren't that great to be honest). There's a bar serving alcoholic drinks, and seating area for drinking and eating. The food is not great!! Pizza was like it was out of the freezer, and nachos were a bit stale and the melted cheese on top was cold and solidified! On the plus side, the staff were friendly and...
