Treatz — Restaurant in London

I had delivery few hours ago, I was abit worried because I saw some bad reviews but thought I'll give it a try & have my own experience. Also, I was wondering how they deliver the fancy icecream. Well I had a Sorbet Crush Sundae it was in a plastic see through long cup like the ones used for milkshakes or fizzy drinks. I had Hubba Bubba Waffle (waffle basket) which is 2portions of icecream in a fancy waffle made as a basket very thin which was good in a big box. It was very well packet both in a bag nice & clean. Tasted great!, the waffle dessert was abit small but I was expecting it to be, bit expensive but anywhere you go to for fancy icecream it's the same. Now the sundae am not sure if it's the same amount as when you go to the restaurant it's self. I think that it maybe bigger at the treatz restaurant. Anyway the cup was full... I would have given it 3 & half stars if I could but I can't & I gave it 4stars instead. Reason being my waffle was supposed to have marshmallows around it, it didn't... REALLY looking forward to eat the marsmallows with bubblegum icecream. Am so disappointed, but everything was on time & fresh. Other think was the sundae was on top of the box which had the waffle in, which was opening up the box, & if the dessert was 2-3mintues late it would press the icecream in the waffle, & the icecream would go everywhere. I ordered cookie dough and gelato from this place and they were excellent! This is the first time I have gained complete satisfaction from a dessert lounge in all angles and I'm very impressed! The environment and layout was beautiful and attractive and matched that of those high-end luxury chains while on the contrary the staff were warm, personable and attentive rather than dismissive and preoccupied like most of my experiences with the people in smart looking places like these which was refreshing and uplifting.

Fatima in particular approached me immediately with a welcoming bright smile and had me seated with a menu exactly where I wanted to be, exactly when I wanted to be upon my arrival while i was new to the place and tentative, clearly prioritising her attention on me and customers needs and showed a very professional initiative.

She was alert and considerate and took my order immediately while managing many other customers inside, the wait was satisfactorily short for the few different items that i ordered and the cherry on top was they were all delicious and looked exactly like the picture! Waiters are patient and considerate and I was able to take as long as I needed eating and sitting before paying upon leaving with a delightful farewell. 100% recommend!...
