Unprofessional, harsh and rude behaviour by a staff member I would like to share one of the worst and most terrible experience which we faced on 08/06/21 at Feltham branch around 7:10 pm. I and my daughter visited your branch to buy ice cream, therefore we ordered using the self service and as normal, we joined the que to wait for our number to be displayed on the screen. When we saw our number on the top of collection list, so my daughter went to the front desk where she waited for any staff member for help. After a while, I noticed that she has been left unaccompanied and helpless and no staff member was coming to hand over the ice cream although there was a lady staff member who was quite huge in appearance. As I had to join her to ask any staff member to help her but the female staff member having huge appearance had her eye contact with us but she never bothered to acknowledge that we are waiting there to be served. The waiting time at the till was quite unusual as screen was showing that our order is ready to collect. Anyhow, she ignored us and intentionally started to serve the other customer at the till who came after us. As I questioned her about this unprofessional and rude behaviour but she kept on ignoring. I was astonished that when she started shouting at me and asked me to wait. We were in so much stress and agony and unable to understand that why this oversized lady who is representing one of the biggest international brands is mistreating us. She deliberately made us wait in annoyance. As i was left with no option to make a complaint for this attitude at the branch but she hid her name badge and refused to provide me any contact details of Mcdonalds. I kept on asking her about this information but she ignored us again and went away to avoid the situation. I escalated this complaint on the Mcdonalds website and wrote an email to the branch who asked me to wait for the response which I am going to share lately. Expressing my disappointment with the recent delivery order I placed with your establishment. I spent £20 on a variety of items, only to receive my order with several issues that greatly impacted my dining experience.
Firstly, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the food was delivered cold. This was particularly disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying a hot meal. The lack of proper insulation or timely delivery has resulted in a less-than-satisfactory dining experience.
Furthermore, I discovered that several items were missing from my order. This further added to my frustration, as I had paid for a complete meal and did not receive what I had expected.
In addition to the issues with the food itself, I found the service to be lacking in communication and customer service. There was a lack of transparency regarding the status of my order, and when I attempted to address my concerns with your customer service team, I was met with [unhelpful responses/lack of resolution].
As a loyal customer of your establishment, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and service. However, this recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Service - EXTEREMLEY SLOW SERVICE, you at the self service machine, 1 drink a frappe, why are you taking 7 mins to make a frappe like there was only 2 orders else on the waiting list, and my order within a 1min of wating was showing, collect now, so went up and said look its says collect, i was told it wasnt made and i asked, its a frappe what takes so long, its not even a meal. After 7 mins i was then given it, by this time there was 15+ orders on the screen with the waiting area now full and customers not happy. I dont know how the staff react or do in the kitchen but literally is not the best performing maccies in the country and they have lots of competitors i.e other stores.
