I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a disturbing incident I witnessed at your establishment on Saturday, 11th January 2025, around 6-7 PM. As a loyal customer of several years, I have always associated your brand with professionalism and respect. However, this experience has left me questioning those values.
While visiting your venue, I observed a manager, identified as Kate, engaging in what can only be described as appalling behavior. She was loudly reprimanding two members of her staff in the vicinity of the customer restrooms, within full view and earshot of patrons. Her tone was harsh, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. To make matters worse, she publicly instructed the staff members to leave the premises, humiliating them in front of customers.
The severity of this behavior cannot be overstated. My 5-year-old daughter, who was present during this upsetting incident, was visibly frightened and began to cry. No employee, or indeed any human being, deserves to be treated in such a degrading manner, let alone in a public setting. Such conduct reflects poorly not only on the manager in question but on the broader management culture that would permit such actions to occur.
This type of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. It not only tarnishes the experience for customers but also raises serious concerns about how staff are treated behind closed doors. As a loyal patron, I find it incomprehensible that such a toxic display of authority could be allowed in your establishment.
Until there is a clear demonstration that such behavior is addressed and rectified, I regret to inform you that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to ensure that both your employees and your customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

   Read moreOn the day that I visited the service was quite slow 7 mins in a queue that consisted of I believe 5 people in front of me, I did ask the cashier to answer something about the system was running slow..... there was a massive queue of cars at the drive-thru when I got there thankfully at that time I'm there a member of staff who was watching the ground who thankfully power washed part of my bike as it was a muddy day today before when I went home via the Southside river further West. Also this time the self-service tills point were not working..... I miss something about fast food restaurant yeah, I think the pretty lady in front of me said something along the lines of "innit tho" by the time it was my time after I asked the gentleman about what's going on I ordered my food it seemed and I paid it was instantaneous I have to say that part was very fast by the time I left the store the queue had come out from the entry point to the other corner they where I came out of the Restaurant. Sat outside near Evelyn mi bike I sat down just eat my ate my hash brown, I turned around and everyone has got their food already if I believed the got the self-service points working again....... Because there was no queue outside or inside when I looked good..... I generally don't like McDonald's as getting disappointed by the main menu the only things are normally get from McDonald's are the following sausage and egg double sausage and egg, breakfast wrap, hash browns, strawberry, vanilla milkshake and Chicken McNuggets are the ones.........I'm genuinely disappointed by everything else especially when you trying to do cultural appropriation in some of your this is menus is quite embarrassing.......    Read moreTHE MANAGEMENT OF THIS "RESTAURANT" IS APPALLING. at peak time the drive through is undermanned and the orders totally confused. I gave my order at the speaker and then waited until getting to the cash window. There was nobody there in spite of my waiting and calling until a window further down waved for us to come to them . I prepared to pay and was told I needed to pay at the first window. I pointed out that there was no-one there in spite of my waiting. They told me I could not pay with my apple pay or card because I had already passed the first window but - they could take cash!I paid them nineteen pounds 80p. Then they disappeared eventually I was presented with my order and they disappeared. When I looked to check the bags had someone else's order. again I had to wait until someone came to see me and then take back the wrong order and after yet enough 5 minutes they reappeared I made her check the order and guess what it was missing an item. Again I had to wait. In the meantime I had made four separate requests to talk to the manager before he could be bothered to come and take my complaint. Eventually the extra Item came and I made a final request for the manager who eventually turned up and informed me he would sort the staff out. Why don't I believe him.
And when I got the food to my grandchildren - It was stone cold.
To top it of this branch does not answer their telephone - I have tried to call them for the the last 3 hours.
