McDonald's — Restaurant in London

My dissatisfaction with the consistent issues I've faced when ordering at Cricklewood macdonalds. Over the past few weeks/months, I have experienced multiple instances where my order was not packed correctly, with multiple items missing from my meals that I pay for and I don’t even receive my whole order.This has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, as I rely on receiving my complete order when I visit.Additionally, when I reached out to your customer service for assistance, I was met with rudeness from the representative who took my call. They did not allow me to explain my concerns and were dismissive throughout the conversation they didn’t even let me speak since they was just shouting over me . I find this behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect a higher level of courtesy and customer service. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the issues regarding the packing of orders and the quality of customer service. One thing that most customers don't pay attention to is the amount of money they pay compared to the amount of service or the food quality they receive.

I paid less than eight pounds for two. That is less than four pounds per person. Considering this amount, I was very satisfied with the food I ate. I enjoyed the environment in which I sat. The fact that I didn't wash my dishes, I didn't pay for energy, and I didn't even clear my table myself, the amount of four pounds is so great!

I think those who give McDonald's a low rating are missing this point. It seems to me that even though they only pay four pounds for a meal, they expect the service of a luxury Italian restaurant in the city center. While even the most luxurious restaurants in the city cannot be perfect in providing services.

Anyway, my suggestion for someone who doesn't have enough time to cook and is looking for a place to sit and eat after a long shopping and most importantly doesn't want to pay a lot for it would definitely...

The stuff is horrible specifically one woman with blond and black hair colour ( " manager"), she is making the hard working delivery guys life twice as hard as it is already, instead of helping to get the order to the customers as fast as possible she makes the drivers wait an extra 15 min saying that the order is not ready when clearly you can see it is. I have no idea what is the reason she doing this but as a worker of the McDonald's she represents the company she should be doing her job to serve the customers and work together with the drivers whom are delivering the McDonald's food . I'm not the fist person to come a cross with this woman I have been told by eat least 5 other McDonald's drivers she is been doing the same thing over and over again. This is not how a manager should show an example of an excellent customer service to the other workers.
