Tops Pizza Streatham — Restaurant in London

This order I placed here was one of the worst decision I made when it comes to food. I ordered 3 items... 3 items... not too difficult. First , a pizza with great toppings ( few of them: chorizo, feta, bell peppers, oregano, mozzarella) It supposed to be great however they didn’t have chorizo, feta and oregano which wouldn’t be a problem however they didn’t notify me, they didn’t replace it with anything , they just sent me a completely vegetarian pizza. Second , another pizza with loads of salami. My girlfriend tried to add some extra chorizo to it , of course they didn’t , they didn’t put anything else instead of it. Of course they charged for everything . When I called them about to mess up, they didn’t apologize, they just stated that they didn’t have these items and that it happens. At least they didn’t mess up the jalapeño poppers. It would have been hard tomes those up but after all these I wouldn’t be surprised. I’m deeply disappointed. And the fact that they didn’t call me, they didn’t rectify their mistake.... what a place......

I order the pizza from them last night pizza came late 45 mins late and when was eaten one slice of pizza i can tast of rotten onions and i call the store,i explained about the rotten onions and manager hung up on me, and i tried 5 times to call them back but they didn't answer phone i didnt even eaten pizza hut i saved the pizzas in freezer to give to EHO, and i called the store next day after noon to talk to manager about pizza,he was not helpful at all and rude then i asked him to take pizza back and give me refund he said ones i paid for food they dont do refunds because its franchises i cant believe they used rotten onions i reported to EHO about it i am waiting to EHO TO COLLECT THE FOOD AND INVESTIGATE

Do not order from here! It isn't often I have such a bad experience with a takeaway service I'm compelled to write a review, but here we are. Awful customer service. I had ordered two pizzas, with two different bases and crusts. It was not clear at all on Just Eat which base was with which, so I ensured to write a note to make sure they come correctly. They did not. I promptly rang the branch, to receive a belligerent and rude staff member on the other end refusing to amend and honour the order, swearing under his breath, and then bare faced lying to me, saying that they had attempted to call me. They had not. Overall, I absolutely would not recommend ordering from this branch and it seems plenty of others are happy to not do so as...
