Staff can be very patronizing, meat is too tough and chewy.

Some people like myself only have 30mins lunch break to order and eat, really dont have the time for any of your lectures.

Responding to your feedback: Your initial response (before it was modified) just show how aggressive and hot headed you are as a person and have zero professionalism esp talking to customer as you have displayed, very ignorant and not open to honest feedback from customers. How can you even know which customers came to your shop for takeaway during a 30mins lunch break? And you really expect a “customer” to prove it to you??? Thats one of the most outrageous thing I ve ever heard!I do not feel I need to prove anything to you as a paying customer, I paid for a product and have an expectation which was disappointing on this occasion and I provided you with my honesty, little did i know how badly and defensive you took this feedback . If you like to see prove,I would suggest you read your other customers 1 star review they also mentioned how bad the quality was during their experience and most would agree your service level is appalling. We have just eaten at the newly opened/reconfigured restaurant which now has its own sit down restaurant. We are extremely impressed with the quality of the restaurant in terms of appearance, comfort and convenience. Very comfortable seating , beautiful lighting , exposed brickwork and a really cosy and friendly atmosphere. The food is amazing as it’s always been with generous portion sizes and very tasty meats. The customer service was absolutely first class with the owner’s nephew taking genuine care of us and the stunning Klaudia looking after us too. We genuinely couldn’t ask or expect anything better than this.
