Mimo's Lounge, Bar & Grill — Restaurant in London

I don’t know where to begin. After growing up eating Lebanese food, I moved to London a year ago and although surprised at how many Lebanese restaurants were in London, I was always disappointed when it came to authenticity and quality. However, I think I’ve found my favourite restaurant in London. The ambience was really cosy and warm, especially on a cold winter night. The food was beyond delicious; all tasted exactly as if I was having my meal in the heart of Beirut. The portion sizes were very generous. The best part of the visit was the hospitality of the crew. Not only did we get an extra mezze plate (after we were puzzled which of two to order and settled on one, they served us both), but we were also served with dessert on the house. First time from this place. We ordered from Mimo's to home and we were more than impressed with their cuisine. Lovely portions of food. The order arrived in the estimated time and was still warm (we live locally also). We ordered Sish Taouk x2 and Moutabbal, so flavoursome. My favourite was the Moutabbal which I could've had all to myself. They make generous portions that would satisfy the very hungry. Otherwise anything left over would satisfy next day lunch, sorted. Didn't feel guilty eating this cuisine as it is healthily balanced and would definitely order again. Missed one star purely based on we haven't eaten in the place, yet - to get the full experience.
