Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money

I had high hopes for this local restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. First off, the food is completely overpriced for what you get. The portion sizes are ridiculously small compared to the cost, making it feel like a total rip-off. If you’re expecting a satisfying meal for the price, you’ll be disappointed.

The cleanliness of the place was also concerning. It didn’t feel well-maintained, and that immediately made us question the hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the menu outside the restaurant lists different prices than the actual menu inside. Some items were more expensive than advertised, which feels deceptive and unfair to customers.

On top of all that, the service was unwelcoming. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like valued guests. There was no warmth or hospitality, which only added to the overall bad experience.

I strongly do not recommend this place. Even With no so many better options available, I’d suggest avoiding this...

We went to this place yesterday. We ordered samosas as a started. Two little vegetable samosas came @ £3.95 price tag🥴We also ordered Lamb biryani, it came in a very little bowl🤭😅also ordered Lamb tikka masala, it came in a very little metal bowl, u can see in the photos I attached😱 the meat was cooked very well but I noticed that the tikka source was added to the meat at the time of the order then it was only a bit warmed up before serving, that's why the meat wasn't infused with the tikka masala sauce and the food wasn't hot enough. I also ordered a glass of mango lassi, it was one of the worst I have ever tried. I have a feeling, the mango pieces were frozen and the lassi had little ice pieces in it. 😕I paid over £28 for a little amount of food.😱 Unfortunately I will not visit them again unless they improve the amount of food and the quality they are providing to their customers.🥺👀 Sadly it is...

Beautiful restaurant! Delicious food, and service was so lovely. I came with my family of five, and not one of us had any complaints, only compliments.

I had a samosa and onion bhaji for starter, which was so crispy and flavourful. The onion bhaji was the best one I have ever had. For main, I had chingri palak with lemon rice and it was so hearty and comforting, and the portion size was perfect. For dessert, I had the pistachio kulfi, which was so sweet and creamy, and the perfect size after the main. For the five of us, the price was surprisingly less than expected! Atmosphere was very warm and comforting — the fact that they don’t serve alcohol here means for a lovely, peaceful and quiet experience, just what we were looking for.

Cant wait to come here again, and couldn’t recommend Mogul enough for a peaceful night out with tasty food and the...
