The worst service!!

I had just purchased a drink and was waiting at the counter when one of the staff accidentally dropped a drink from the bench. Unfortunately, the entire drink spilled over my feet, sandals, and skirt. Since the drink was full of syrup, it left me sticky and extremely uncomfortable. Accidents can happen, and I would have understood if the situation had been handled properly. However, what upset me the most was the staff’s attitude. Instead of showing concern or apologizing sincerely, she only focused on mopping the floor slowly while ignoring me. I stood there for a while, expecting at least an apology, but none came until I specifically asked for some wet tissues. Even then, her response was dismissive and casual, without any genuine apology. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the shop’s customer service standards. It gave me the impression that staff lack both proper training and basic professionalism in handling incidents that affect customers. Really bad customer experience...

Definitely the best in town! Standout variety of choices and the warmest welcome from behind the counter - absolutely refreshing, in every sense!!! We particularly love the 'no-caffeine' option for the kids and always opt for 'less sugar' and 'less ice'. The lychee poppers that we tried were amazing - not chewy and pop with amazing flavors! Delicious treats and cannot recommend this place highly enough. Will be visiting again to try out different combinations...

So glad my favourite bubble tea vendor is finally available in North Finchley! The store is immaculately clean, tidy, and well lit. Despite being so busy with guests, the staff behind the counter were friendly and professional. I always get brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls but definitely coming back again soon to try other flavours!
