I don't usually post reviews, but I was appalled by the terrible customer service. My order was not heard correctly, and when I received no topping in my drink and asked to resolve it (despite asking for tapioca at the start of the order), the employee scoffed and gave me a very agitated look, even though I asked politely and said I would pay.
She stood there for a good 5 seconds staring at me. I was not given a receipt either and I had asked for a large but received a medium for another drink(only realised later, so not a huge problem as people make errors all the time, its natural).
For some reason, despite asking politely to add tapioca I was given a very cold attitude from the employee (Friday evening 8pm). She proceeded to laugh at me on the way out, I didn't end up changing the drink because I did not appreciate the cold attitude and was uncomfortable and did not want to cause a scene.
Getting the order was not the issue, but the scoff, laugh, and the very rude look when asking to literally PAY to get the right drink was unacceptable. It costs NOTHING to be nice especially when you're getting paid for it. I receive better customer service at other branches so will not be...

The staff was really unbothered, they both had attitude, the one that was serving at the till was literally drinking from her tea in front of us like we were disturbing her. Then they both gone on a call with someone talking their language (we assumed they didn’t know how to make the drink so they’ve asked for help)however once my friends received the drinks we realised they actually didn’t know how to make it as it was just water and chocolate which is not supposed to be like this . Then I waited more than 20 minutes and still didn’t get my drink but they gave to other customers that came after me . I brought it to their attention saying you can’t do that at least you should let me know that my drink it takes long to make or something instead of realising her mistake she just gave me more attitude.Their customer service was horrible.
