So me and my partner ordered food from here got home and the chips were soggy and undercooked the burger was awful so we couldn't eat it so I kindly went in there explained that I couldn't eat it nor my partner he didn't want to give me refund he asked me 3 times why I didn't want his food I said because it is ineditable so on the third time with my response he gave me money back although he didn't want to after I said I couldn't eat it he told me not to come back to the shop even though I'm coming back because your the one in the wrong by cooking food like this how is this my fault he was being really rude and being horrible with he's responses like I don't want to pay for something I cannot eat I asked him nicely I just say to someone avoid this place and they only accept cash AVOID AVOID AVOID not nice people in there at all will never...

What a shame my whole order wasn’t delivered. Generally nice food here but let down once again. Ordered a meal via Uber eats here and spent over £20 pounds, but only half my order arrived. Emailed but alas still no reply and now awaiting an email response. Why bother ordering when you don’t get all the order. Terrible service. Avoid if you want to receive everything you’ve ordered. Uber we’re shockingly unhelpful and heard nothing back from the shop either.

I’ve lived in this area for 35 years! This shop and its staff are very rude and aggressive. The food is literally average and nothing special, the price keeps going up so no point coming here! The fact they don’t even take any other payment apart from cash this tells the full story TAX EVASION ALERT! unfortunately the Jamaicans and Africans love this place so much is beyond me!
