Moroccan Garden — Restaurant in London

First time here with a few friends. Shisha had no taste, very disappointed. Food okay for the price, not restaurant quality, cheap and commercial foods like I said it matches the price point. Mojito and milkshakes were very nice though. Service ok, food took long time to come out. Staff were a bit clueless on how to wait tables they brought the food with no cutlery or napkins. We had to keep asking for stuff which was rectified immediately so that's good. Atmosphere okay if you just want to chill in a no frills environment. Plus point is the TVs set up if you want to watch pay per view matches. This place really caters for that which is great. More a man's shisha place then somewhere for ladies to socialise I think. The way we were greeted on arrival was shocking lol. Some guy literally barked at us 'Did you book'. No hello, customer service zero. This website promises a lot which is why I booked but completely underdelivers. The shisha, food and atmosphere was just acceptable. Mediocre at best. Todays experience of MG was on a another level. The level of service we received form the entire team was brilliant. TJ was amazing! I even remember his name. His service was excellent. He genuinely seemed happy to help us with the new menu system and also help choose what food and shisha we should have. His recommendation was a 10/10 from us. We thoroughly enjoyed being there this evening. There was no club like feel and I could actually hear my friend when we were speaking. Great food and a good price to go with it.
