Ohhhh, we use to love this restaurant for years and was very happy to see they started home delivery. But......food is not tasting like it’s was before. Curry on plain fried noodles..... horrible.....! Lemon chicken like a rubber and so dry. 1 item missing from the order, promised to be delivered with in 5 min when I called but never get it. The lady on the phone never apologise for missing item , she was continued talking to some one on Chinese language and drop a phone on me. Even when she ask manager to call me he was arguing with me about my order, trying to convince me with something that I never ordered but realised at the end he got a different customer order. Seriously....... Absolutely fuming about this service and food . Waist of £35 pound . I am a disabled person just wanna treat my self and my son on Saturday evening but unfortunately have to stay hungry. ...

Guy behind the counter totally ignored our arrival and continued his phone conversation then disappeared. Eventually a nice lady appeared and took the order. £3 for a small basket of prawn crackers!!! Ridiculous. The deep fried crispy prawns have been replaced by some cheap breadcrumbed abomination of butterflied prawn with tiny chilli sauce- dry and tasteless. Crispy duck and pancakes average. Vegetable rice ok and thai noodle dish ok. No thanks from waiter at end though only one other table occupied. ..must have interrupted his conversation and customers an inconvenience. Sad to have Mrs Wongs such a bad experience. ..won't be going back or ordering takeaway. Streatham full of eateries. ..don't...
Read moreMrs Wongs has now been taken over. I have been going there for years and have enjoyed the food, atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Now they have been taken over I am sadden to say I will not be going back, it was the worse service I have ever had from the most rudest waitress who thinks it's ok to shout at a customer and slam your drinks on the table, then to be told I cannot have a Chinese bowl as it's for staff only and then get given a cereal bowl to eat out of. I do not recommend Mrs Wongs no more as long as they continue to employ staff that have no manners and the chef can be as good as the original or as close. Such a shame as this was my regular Chinese and a few customers also where not pleased at all plus a couple walked out. Very sad to say...
