Muffin Break — Restaurant in London

Today afternoon I went to enjoy a coffee with a piece of cake. The orange cake I ordered was very good, but I ordered it with a caffe latte with oat milk since I am intolerant to regular milk. As soon as I tried the coffee I realized that even though I asked for the brand “alpro” milk, my coffee was very bad, either because it was not the right milk, I think they served me “soya”milk, which I do not like at all and that is why I identified it very easily. I was very disappointed that when I told the waiter his response was “next time I will give you better service” so he knows that what I was complaining about was true. THE. BEST. COFFEE. SHOP. I've been to many before, and this is possibly the best and the most regular place I go to. I always get either the muffin milkshake or the normal milkshakes, but their coffees are also amazing. Trust me, even though you might feel you're paying too much, they give ultra sized cups so it's honestly just what you're getting. I love everything about this place and the customers are also so sweet!

Little update: They’ve changed the milkshake, it used to be huge and even with every sip you took, it almost never ended. They’ve got plain plastic cups now, with a little bit more decoration to act as if it’s worth the money. It’s not. What a...

Nice place with great food and hot drinks, would come again just for this reason. Staff were friendly and polite however perhaps require a little bit more training on how to make the restaurant run smoothly.

I think the service could have been a bit faster and most tables were also dirty which isn’t inviting. We left our table with drinks and rubbish there after eating and walked back past again 20 minutes later and table had not been cleaned.
