One of the best meals I have had in London! I went with 2 friends who eat meat. Every single dish was 5/5, according to all 3 of us. Tried: spicy pork - they found the pork to be almost as good as the meat itself. This dish wasn’t spicy per se but really good taste. kimchi and veggie pancakes - both pancakes were crispy, filled with veggies and the only difference was kimchi pancakes were slightly spicy so we liked that better. The dip that came with these was sublime, perfect balance of soy and vinegar and whatever else was there with raw crispy pickled onions. seaweed rolls - so so tasty, these were filled with glass noodles and tasted amazing with the same dip as above. kimchi dumplings - filled with minced chicken and veggies, taste and mouthfeel was like chicken. Again a hit on our table. tteokkbokki - rice cakes, very chewy and great texture and the sauce was a great mix of spicy and sweet and had a lot of depth and flavour. veggie jeon - this was veggie and tofu soup-like with rice. The tofu was melt in your mouth good and so fresh. The taste was brilliant. We were given a green candy after dinner which too taste me nice, kinda like grape meets green apple. The service was all done by an extremely sweet lady who was taking orders, serving food, cleaning up, managing delivery orders, all with utmost care and a big smile. I lived in London for 2 years and wished I found this place earlier. I would love to go again and again. And I would love to see some dessert on the menu as I’m sure it would be delicious. PS: It’s a super compact place, 2 tables and few bar like seatings to the wall/window. And it doesn’t have a toilet.

We've tried the: šŸœ Tteokbokki noodles: comfort food at its finest! The tteokbokki itself is spicy and warming. Add the noodles if you're feeling really indulgent! šŸ› "Beef" bulgogi: this traditional dish features a meat substitute with a good texture and taste, as well as super tasty crispy veggies. I was just looking somewhere to eat with my friend, being starved after arriving here in London from Germany. We had our suitcases with us and the owner accommodated us so nicely. She was so kind and simply endearing! The food was amazing! The dumplings were so tasty and the dipping sauce just rounded it all off. It arrived so fast and was fresh and hot too. I had the japchae and they were so delicious, they were so chewy and the veggies were not mushy and had the right amount of crunchyness. Definitely would eat again. Also had the bong bong peach, got grapes instead but didnt notice until the end haha the grape flavour was very tasty too. My friend had the tteobokki and he inhaled them, the owner offered a glass of water in case it was too spicy. I choked on a piece on accident and can confirm its very spicy in your windpipe. He likes to eat very spicy so he had no problems. We got a little candy as a parting gift and a little sightseeing recommendation, we had a very nice little chat. She was simply an angel! Definitely worth going to get lunch or dinner!! 🩷

i’m a Muslim woman who went here for the first time, by myself, and it is evident I’m Muslim by what I wear and I received the strangest customer service ever. The lady that everyone talks about on here and has posted pictures of her, completely ignored me and when I asked can I ask a question please I only received a ā€œone secondā€ and then she started serving every other customer there by giving them their food or taking their orders. I was sat there patiently waiting to be served for over 20 minutes or at least be able to ask my question but this woman completely ignored my existance. Only when she noticed that I was packing up to leave did she come round and go ā€œwhat would you like to knowā€. I got to ask my question and she answered but that was it. She didn’t take my order and instead started welcoming the new customers and seating them down. Blatant Islamophobic which I did not appreciate considering I was so excited to try this place and everyone said customer service here was lovely. MUSLIMS PLEASE AVOID AS YOU WILL FEEL ALIENATED AND UNWELCOMED!!! very poor horrible disgusting service to Muslims, please educate yourself...
