I do not know where to even start! Zero stars would be more appropriate for this place!

It is marketed like a different place on social media, however when you get there, the decor, style, service is all horrible.

I visited last week and had to sit in my hat, scarf, gloves, jacket and extra shawl. They clearly have not invested in heaters and expect people to sit in a freezer as if it is the North pole. If I wanted a freezer experience, I would have gone to Iceland....not to this ugly lounge.

The shisha was Shambolic! we ordered Ice ice berry and as a regular shisha smoker, there was no strength or flavour to this Shisha at all! We explained this on 3 occasions to the staff and the only thing they did was blow the shisha. On the fourth occasion the guy took it away and brought back a burnt shisha!

We asked for hot drinks due to how cold the venue was and was told they do not serve hot drinks.....I genuinely do not understand how hard it is to boil a kettle! The drinks were horrible, juices were of tesco value quality and a red bull was costing £6...I mean Salt Bae charges similar prices in Knightsbridge.... not sure how a backyard shisha lounge in shoreditch thinks its appropriate to charge this.

Social media is flawed with misrepresentations of this place! Please please please do not fall into the trap of thinking this is a nice place to visit as it is bad service and such a waste of money.

We only sat for 45 minutes, did not even smoke the shisha and explained how cold the place was to the staff, we did not even get an apology and had people with very very poor english serve us. They had the audacity to want to charge Service charge on top as well.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Go to other nice lounges such as the Banc, Sapores, Arya Lounge, FLVRS, Mamounia, VU lounge or Dar Marrakech!

We did not have the food, but I could certainly see unhappy faces from other tables, a lady was using her fork and knife in gloves!

I came here for my friends birthday, when we arrived we were told to scan to view the menu which had taken us to an app where it asked us to download and then sign in which I thought was very unnecessary just to view a menu. Anyway, we ordered our drinks, food and shisha, the drinks and shisha took 30 minutes to arrive which is appalling as there was only one other table in the whole venue (there was three of us btw) so I was unsure on why it had taken very long. I ordered a strawberry mojito (mocktail) which was overly sweet, I didn’t have more than a sip. After when our food had arrived, my meal which was a ‘Mediterranean tiger prawn’ was plated well but it did not look how it did on their Instagram pictures. The meal looked like a starter considering it’s one of their most expensive meals. I really wanted to enjoy the meal but it tasted like nothing, the lack of seasoning and flavour is shocking. The fries though was 10/10, perfectly crisped and salted and my friends who ate the chicken burger had given it a 5/10 as well as the chicken buns which were 9/10! The music was 10/10, the ambience and atmosphere wasn’t really much, apart from the wall with their logo, there is not much decor. The staff were very attentive and lovely, especially the lady but I did ask one staff member to take the coal off the shisha whilst we ate and they didn’t, there were about 4 staff members serving two tables. The shisha was great, we had a recommendation of ‘valentines’ shisha flavour and it was sweet, not harsh in any way. They didn’t come around for a coal change and I had to ask for the coals to be changed. I had asked them to bring out a cake for my friends birthday and they went above and beyond playing a song and bringing out a sparkler for her birthday, that was very appreciated! The women’s toilet was out of service and we had to use the men’s room which was absolutely filthy. This is just my honest opinion on the lounge, I would rate it a solid 3/10 and I don’t think I would...

Went to this place a few years ago and wanted to give them another chance and it has gotten worse. I have only had Shisha and drinks here, never tried the food so I won’t speak on that. The Shisha is poorly prepared and overpriced for what you get. You can tell they do not take pride in giving you a good quality smoking experience. I have been to Shisha lounges all over the world and this is probably one of the worse lounges for Shisha. I even went to a different Shisha lounge the night before and even that was way better than YOURS. Customer service was piss poor. The lounge was not very busy at all. We asked for ice, water and a couple of beverages like lemonade and ginger ale. They took forever to bring it. They brought our ice in glasses you can tell Had been sitting because the ice was melted. The ice in my ginger ale had melted which also made my drink watery. Also had to keep asking, “hey where is the water we asked for 15/20 minutes ago.” “Hey where is the ice we asked for” The sound is coming from the YouTube channel they are playing from the tv. The place can’t be decent enough to even use speakers. Worse than that, they are too cheap to atleast buy YouTube premium, so you have to listen to YouTube ads the whole time you are there. Meanwhile other lounges in London have a great sound system and some even have DJS Overall this place is only concerned about taking your money and not about giving you a good experience in their establishment . This place is overpriced and I do not recommend it. I tried to contact management and they left me on read. I sincerely hope this business shuts down. They don’t deserve good...
