Will never be back again. Long wait for food not expected from Nandos as they have such as small menu based on 1 main ingredient which is chicken and 10 team members (6 counted on the kitchen) on Tuesday evening… we placed order for 2 mains (1/2 chicken and 1/4 chicken with 2 sides) at 8:32pm; food received 9:07 with wrong side. In 30 min of waiting from the kitchen came out only 3 plates and one Take away order- not surprised though as staff was joking and playing with each other behind the counter while hungry customers were watching behind their food. When we finished our dinner, waitress came over to check if we finally received missing item and after 10 min she came back with information that kitchen forgot about it and they will prepare it now. In the end Ive got my corn packed in take away paper bag so hot veg get stack to the paper and I wasn’t able to eat it at all. Anyway it tasted like old basement low quality veg not worth even £0,01. It’s really shame as it is only one restaurant in tandem centre where you can get some hot food but now I rather go next door and get sandwich from microwave for £5.

The chicken tasted decent but seems to have less salt. The place was pretty cold and when asked were informed that's how it was. The main server was going about with a sullen look and there were no smiles or warm greetings. The person on the till was very good. The coke finished and for 20 mins it was not replinished. Overall for the money spend it was not a very enjoyable experience. Maybe a happy staff can change the atmosphere. The tables are also placed too close to each other.
