KFC Colliers Wood - Chapter Way — Restaurant in London

I took my family here on the first week of June 2016 after fetching my wife off her work.

1. On arrival it looks busy as plenty of people are queing.
2. We managed to get what we want and solved.

I went to ask a paper bag so we can take home some of our left overs. By this time, there's none people waiting to be served or waiting to order. I said to the guy with a head phone "Excuse me can I have a paper bag please?". He just looked at me and passed as if nothing happened. I called her female colleague who happened to be standing just 2-3 steps away from the guy. I asked her "What happened, did you see that? (she knew and saw what had happened)." She shooked her shoulder and loughed/grinned. I decided to speak to their other colleague which happened to be wiping some tables and they called him out. While waiting for him to come, I re-assesed what happened and thought maybe this guy was not paying attention when I called him because probably he is taking orders with his DJ headphone. I told myself its ok I will just let it go. The guy came but as I talked to him and toldl him you may have not noticed me? I called you and you looked at me but you just walk away? He looked at me again with the same way he did the first time and he said "You did not talked to me!, you must be dreaming!" and left like I was not even their.

By this time I have decided to speak to their manager as this kind of attitude is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the manager was on leave and he will be back after 2 weeks.

I have been to many KFC's in my area but never had any experience like this.

I think and I suggest, they should send their employees for a relation/customer service training on how to handle customers properly.

Food is great but service ESP attitude is very bad..

I hope their manager read this. You readers and customers...

Today my wife and I went through the drive thru only to be told that it's cash only because the card machine isn't working and to go in and order. This was fine even though it took 10min to get through the drive thru as there was cars in front ordering.

Once in side I went up to the counter to order and was told to order at the machine, I explained to the lady who was behind the till that I want to order certain cuts of chicken pieces as my family only eat certain pieces, I was told to sill use the machine and come back to her for my chicken selection. When telling her what I wanted she told straight I might not be able to give you that. I explained that's why I came to your till to order so we wouldn't have this problem she then said ok that's fine you'll have to wait 10mins. After 10mins my number was called I went up and was told we can't give you the chicken you wanted, I could hear them talking round the back about my chicken selection and man saying no. The lady came back and told me I can talk to the manager if you want I said yes and I'm the man that was saying no came round and was the manager. He started to explain why I can't have the chicken I wanted and pretty much told me take it or leave it so I got a refund.

I'll never buy from this brunch again. How can a KFC not want to give you a certain...

The last 2 times i been here, they missed part of my order , the first time was ok it was a genuine mistake and the sri lankan lady who was in charge was very appologetic sorted it out right away and gave me 2 free wings, however the last time i was here, the manager sri lankan man - started argueing with me that it was all there and he did the order himself, almost trying to accuse me of hiding the food and asking for more!!! Seriously ? My order was £25 u think im trying to scam u for a 1.99 meal???? Also the self order screen had no paper in it for reciepts no one bothered to sort it, and when i asked for a reciept they said its not possible ???? Really aint a legal requirment to produce a vat reciept to customers? After all this the food wasnt great, the single chicken piece was so tiny i intially thought they gave me a spicy wing, it literally looked like a baby chicken!!(ended up throwing it away) the burgers were cold and wet! So much sauce in it the bun was falling apart, and the wings tasted like they have sat in a counter for a day. Me my wife and 2 young kids age 1 and 2 ? The baby chairs wernt offered i went and took them myself, the table was greasy from previous customers the toilet was a hygiene disaster. !! Very bad...
