Napoli Pizzeria — Restaurant in London

I'vm normally happy with pizza from Napoli Pizza but not today! Pizza It arrived on time but the base was soggy (I had to put in the oven to "firm up") and one of the extra toppings I ordered was missing. Also ordered a branded bottle of sparkling water but they sent a much cheaper alternative (whilst charging full price); they had my contact details but made no attempt to tell me of the substitution. Luckily I paid cash so I refused to take the cheaper water. When I called to complain the manager was nice enough to apologise but the chef insisted that he'd added the extra topping. He hadn't. Was offered a "credit for next time" but I can't see that I'll be ordering...

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!

I ordered from Uber Eats and wrote specifically to call me. The driver (who is private, so works for them) gave my pizza to the neighbour and didn't call me. I called them to ask for a refund and the girl who answered at the phone was so unprofessional and rude, she didn't mind at all and said that I had to deal with the problem by myself. Please don't give money to these people who don't even deserve to work in this environment and don't know what...

I have order by delivero yesterday they have acept it and I was waiting for over 1 hour and I call them and when he picked off he told me without no apologies, no pizza left and he has not not informed to delivero of course more people like me will be waiting, it is not fist time he has done the same thing.
