Nuntee Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in London

This Thai restaurant is located in a good area just mins away from me. We usually go & have their lunch deal between 1:00-3:00 or call for order & collect. The food is good but it’s quite a shame that the staff aren’t friendly & could be arrogant sometimes which really give the place a bad aura. I don’t eat meat but I still eat seafood occasionally. Few times, I’ve ordered prawn pad Thai & they’ve given me chicken instead. I mentioned it twice & no apologies been given but instead I got the blame of not checking it before I left their premises. There’s lack of English & language barrier within the workers & it’s hard to convey messages. Today, I called to order prawn pad Thai for collection & the lady insisted on chicken, I mentioned that I don’t eat meat but she hung up on me. DISGUSTING went on Friday they served me a mixed platter, the chicken was raw in the middle when i complained they just said sorry and that I wont be charged for it? I said I'm not paying for it anyway and I asked to speak to the manager, i asked how it was possible that I was even served this he then told me that the dish had been cooked in the microwave and that the chef hadn't put it in for long enough??? MICROWAVE?!?!?

so basically they are buying the dishes from somewhere like Iceland and selling them on at a mark up

I was in bed for nearly 3 days with food poisoning and now and taking legal advice about making a claim against...

We booked a table for 7.30pm on Saturday and couldn’t believe how packed the restaurant was. Being said, this did not take away any of the things that make us always return to this restaurant. Although there was only two from of house staff they worked tirelessly to make sure all orders were taken and dishes delivered within a timely manner.

The food was exceptional as ever and the Weeping tiger dish brought gasps and woos as it came sizzling out to our table, it also tasted great.
