It's easily the worst pizza hut I have ordered from, have ordered or been part of an order from here many times. The food always always always comes undercooked to the point where after a few deliveries I called them and asked for it to be done better and that time it was OK. So whenever I order pine I have to follow up with a call to make sure its cooked through.. However last time I called he said he couldn't do it because they are too busy. What?! To make sure food is cooked through?! Again yesterday my friend ordered and once again undercooked which I knew it would be and not only that they cut corners and make the pizza actually smaller than in my local. So you are paying for a large stuffed crust but you're getting an undercooked medium. It's very poor. Pizza hut need to manage this franchise better as it can damage their brand. My local in Sudbury Hill is a million times better. Sorry for the long description I am not usually fussy however this demands looking at and judging by the reviews when I decided to write this I can see i am not the only one who agrees this is a poor pizza...

I have just called to place an order for delivery, i phoned twice and the phone was answered and put down on me, then I got through and then the man over the phone in a very harsh and unfriendly voice (Indian accent) said quote "we are not taking any orders at the moment", I then continued by saying that on the internet it said the delivery times are from 11:30a.m-11:00p.m, he the continued by saying mam we are not taking orders over the phone, I asked him his name, he disrespectfully told me a very long Indian name and then he put the phone down on me! RUDE!!

This is unbelievable, as a customer you support your local business from the day that they open and then they can treat you as tho your custom is not wanted! Shocking!!!
