I am sadly and badly surprised by how staff have treated me today. I came to buy two books as my friend is leaving London forever. I was holding a goodbye card in my hand when a woman from the shop approached me, and ask me if I am buying that card? I need to buy some books as well, I said. She said no we are closing for lunch now please leave “. I was staring at her in shock for minute . How can you treat people like this! She opened the door, take the card from my hand and let me out. 😳. Lunch is important I’m sure, but is it more important then your clients ? Why did you let me in if you ask me to leave 2min later?!?! Very unprofessional. I was coming to this shop for 20 years. And I am sorry to say but I will think twice...

I swore I would not go back last year and I went with my 2 year old (who behaved like an angel) to get him some new books this morning and I was very disappointed to see that she is still there and worse than ever. I asked howany stamps I had on my digital card and she replied "I'll tell you when I get the receipt" in a very dry and rude manner. I asked her questions before and I always had the same treatment. This was my last time for good. The books are good but the staff is the worse I ever...
