I am writing to express my profound disappointment not only with a recent product I purchased from your store but also with the subsequent customer service I received upon raising my concerns. I bought a package of Rasmalai from Ambala, only to discover upon my return home that the product was expired, with the expiry date being 22/02 I purchased the product on the 21/02 Understanding that mistakes happen, I promptly returned to the store with the expired product and the receipt, expecting a straightforward resolution. However, the response I received was not only unsatisfactory but also dismissive. This experience has raised serious concerns not only about the quality control measures in place at Ambala but also about the training and customer service policies that your staff adheres to. Selling expired food products is a grave oversight that poses health risks to your customers, and the lackadaisical response to such a serious matter is alarming. I am reaching out to you to seek a formal apology and a full refund for the expired product. Additionally, I urge Ambala to review its product management and customer service protocols to ensure that no other customer has to experience what I did. It is imperative that steps are taken to improve staff training on handling such complaints with the seriousness and urgency they deserve. Please consider this letter not only as a complaint but as constructive feedback aimed at improving your services for the betterment of your customer base. I am hopeful for a swift and satisfactory response to this matter. Failure to address this issue adequately may compel me to share my experience across social media cplatforms and consumer review sites to inform others. I look forward to your prompt action and response.

Feb 2021 update 1⭐ atrocious service left bitter taste to the usual quality sweets. The staff seems like they're slave labour and vents their frustration on customers. No response to greetings at the beginning or at the end of service, whilst two staff are working gossiping without attention to basic customer service. Will do everything to make cynical or condensing remarks or unhelpful responses as if they're giving charity. Not long before reputation of quality in competitors will spread akin to the cake companies that brought competition to the Asian consumers. More South Asian sweets competition resulting in customers voting with their feet away from "Ambala - 'leave' the low customer service life". -------------------------------------------- 4⭐Shop location moved to 104 Green Street, North of the road. Service isn't the best however, famed for their South Asian sweets.

Recently the quality of their samosas has gone very very down. Their samosas are burnt most of the time and difficult to eat and swallow because of their burnt and bitter taste. The cost of their samosas became more and more pricy and expensive over time. The overall size of their samosas became smaller and smaller with time. The six samosas I recently purchased were bigger than the extremely small size you usually get for the worth of your money you know why? They filled them all up with only potatoes there was rarely a trace of sweet corn, peas and carrots it was all filled gruesomely with potato. It was so difficult for me to finish even one samosa because it was only filled with mashed potato. I felt sick and my stomach started hurting as soon as I finished that one samosa and I struggled immensely to finish that one samosa. Please increase the extremely small size of your samosas and make them bigger they are not worth our money. Also please increase the amount of healthy vegetables that you put into the samosas such as green peas, carrots and sweet corn they are all filled with mashed potatoes tasteless and terrible to eat they are not vegetable samosas they are aloo samosas only. They have also ruined the recipe of their ladoos recently too. They are extremely orange in colour and terrible and difficult to eat and swallow and stick badly to your teeth and are all filled with unhealthy nuts. Please make your food healthier we are loyal and old customers and now after experiencing this terrible decline in quality and service we don’t feel like stepping foot in the restaurant or Green Street branch ever again. With time everything has declined and not improved at all. They used to be so good but with they years their quality and service has just become...

firstly, i had the worst experience ever the person serving the customer , saw me and in the que and was next instead of serving me he started serving the person behind me and did not acknowledge that i was next,

each time i selected the the different sweets i kept on reminding the guy to pick the new ones instead the old ones , he kept picking the old ones and kept on testing my limits , he just got really frustrated and kept rushing me to choose, i felt really pressurised and uncomfortable at the way he was talking to me in a rude tone and made me feel intimidated, when i told him to put some away he did not even ask me which one to take off at the end and took the best ones out without asking me ,

i came from a long distance because i heard they provide best sweets and services for my relative, and couldn't go back empty handed so i put up with the guys unprofessional service , i usually would have left if anyone spoke to me that way and would...
