Original taste of the Panzerotto delicious, but if you see on the deal that it’s also included the panzamisú and you must also choose the chips which it looks very weird and total cost 15.50£, I said ok, fine I’ll take also the chips, at che check out there was a 50% discount, checked the order and it was mentioned this dessert with a charge of 6£ and the fries 4£ on the receipt of the package the top of the bill was mentioned 3 items, is what I received. By the way I’m very disappointed with the missing fries and the panzamisú ☹️, I’ve been working in restaurants for more than twenty years, if the item or food isn’t available you got to update your system. The packaging is very well designed, but in my view it is a bit excessive for a panzerotto. I wrote that I will not order anymore, but I will going to buy this delicate food personally from them, to make sure to receive what I wanted, because if I have friends or other people I wish them to try and than you going to miss again I as anyone will be very...

The first time I was worried of how the quality of the product will be being delivered and I was so afraid it was going to be soggy fried panzerotto and soggy fried chips, or even worst everything fried in old veg oil… I am that picky as I am chef myself.
But I did try and I was surprisingly shocked by the care and the love in everything they made. I am Italian too, so yeah. Difficult customer.
The thing that surprised me most was the bag where the fry were in. They had little holes everywhere so that steam goes out and fries stays crunchy! Wow!
Same for the panzerotto every bite I gave I could hear that amazing crunch and the dough, my god! That’s a good dough.
The oil very clean too, which means the taste of everything was authentic.
Thank you I am waiting now for my second...
Read moreComing from NYC, I found the food to be extremely weak. First the panzerotti was barely filled up (this is how they are making money as you are getting 90% dough), it was mostly air, it was flat, barely any tomato sauce, flavor was not good and it wasn't even that hot. In contrast, in NYC panzerottis are extremely filled up, piping hot, maybe 3x the size, they have ricotta by default (you don't have a choice), have a crunchy and chewy crust and are just much tastier and better back home. Even the pistachio cake slice was not good and not worth the price for the size or flavor. Not recommended. If all these 5 star reviewers are impressed by this, they would have their minds absolutely blown trying NY/NJ...
