Papa's Chicken — Restaurant in London

horrible horrifying experience. I've been to many branches but this place has to be the most devastating experience I've had in my life. first you have people serving who do not have manners secondly non speak or understand English. on top you would never get hot food. all the chicken meat is cold because they turn the showcase off! I work as a mystery diner If I was to be chosen to go in to this store for review I would make sure these staff get retrained or re employe new staff because this branch shouts and swear at there customers and tell them to clean the table! it's a place where you can also find a horrible employee PLEASE ESPECIALLY WATCH OUT FOR A BENGALI GUY WHO IS ALWAYS WEARING A WOOLY HAT AND GLASSES. HE IS VERY RUDE he literally started yelling at me and other customers asking us fu##kn clean your table its self service you stupid! I was gobsmacked as I realized maybe the staff do not have the right training. you will never get any problems at favorites KFC or other fried chicken shop because there are standards which everyone are following from the managment. a kind request to the owner of this horrible branch please have some nice people in this business. we do not want a man with wooly hat and glasses to swear and...

The location of this establishment is decent close to home… unfortunately this may be the only thing good about this spot… having come through to this spot many of times due to the disparity of hunger, it has come to my conclusion that in a life or death situation disregarding the money situation this spot is still not worth a single penny… first of all the consistency of their chicken is like my consistency of trying to cut a straight with scissors blind-folded.. it is truly a hit-or-miss… but the issue that has forced my actions onto making this review is the employees lack of long term memory as within the span of 5 mins an employee has some how forgotten a crucial part of the meal… THE CHICKEN… in a chicken and chip shop how can an order be missing chickens… its like making a conversation with a wall with a face on it.. after repeating the order many times they still forgot the simple combination of chips with chicken… ill give it to the employees that it was busy but still its common sense that there has to be...

Went with family. The tables were dirty. Order family deal A. They have the food in the box without the tray in one box despite they saw we were four people including 2 children.

8 chicken pieces were given in one box and cold chicken pieces were at the bottom of the box so that we would think all of them are hot. Notified them and they talked to each other in urdu/hindi, said each other that'he has found it'. They did not bother that I/customer may understand the language. Changed the chicken after that. Chips were very undercooked.

Half of the food was wasted as chicken had kind of bad smell. Would not recommend anyone to go.
