This store has made multiple times mistakes and they don't take any responsibility to fix it. Today i made an order over the phone, i asked that i want to pay cash to let his driver know and be prepared to have chains, i was waiting 45mins even the fact that im 10mins away, the driver came and he didn't have any money on him at all to give me the chains, considering also that papajohns now charge you anyway £1.99 for a delivery and then, the driver was asking me to leave without giving me any chains, then after i refused of course he called the manager in the Walthamstow branch and he told me that in 1min the manager will call me to my phone to asked me to give him my bank details in order to send me my chains back through my bank (lol), i was waiting more 30 mins and no phone call, then i wasted more of my time to call again the Walthamstow branch and the manager told me that he cant send the money through my bank and he will send again one driver to give me my money back. He didn't offer any voucher for this mess he created and he didn't even apologise. Guys the worst store and the worst customer service with people have no clue to manage this...

The next day I called the shop to ask for answers and the manager rudely replied that this was impossible because the shop was already closed and that it was my fault for not having checked Google Maps which is where they have their updated opening hours, as they do not work with Papa John's website. I was totally flabbergasted to which I tell him that I can still see my queued order from the website and if they will at least refund my money and he tells me that he doesn't know anything and that they will most likely refund me in 3-7 days, I ask him for some customer service number to ask for help and he keeps telling me "I don't know, I can't help you, I have nothing for you, bye bye". However, I have to thank Julianne Merry ( Marketing Manager) for the way she has gone about investigating our concerns and providing me with quick, thorough and professional response. She has shown excellent customer care and have also provided me with a complimentary order. She has taken my views seriously and responded accordingly. This has changed my view of the company on whole and I will continue make purchases from Papa John's base on the fact that they take customer service/care and satisfaction very seriously.
