Worst papa Jhon experience. Manager at this branch is absolutely awful and rude and a lier!!!
Head office wasn’t much help either.
I ordered pizza online during the lock down to my job site, I was tracking the deliver status on the website. 20 Minutes after placing my order, the online progress tracker stated that my order had been delivered. After trying to call the store 15-20 times with no answer, I emailed them and ordered a pizza from elsewhere. After my second pizza order arrived around 45 minutes later, my papa Johns order was also delivered. It obviously went to waste as I now had double the food needed.
What nonsense, the delivery driver told me that he was the only driver for the store and they was very buzy. So why did they make me waste more money by showing that my order was delivered online!!!
Head office called a few days later to understand the situation, then the manager from the store called and offered to send the order to my house (as originally it was ordered to my job site). I told him, if he was sending to my house then he would need to send double what was on the original order as Im not gonna let my family watch whilst I eat. Anyway, the manager told me he would call back once he has approved this with head office.
Head office called me back a few more days later, asking if I am satisfied with the outcome, I told them that the manager had not called back, then they informed me that the manager had stated on the notes that I refused the compensation order. What a lier. Anyway, I hope your feeding your families well with the money you never returned to me. I will never be back...

Basically i waited for 3 hours for my pizza. But from the beginning.
Ordered the pizza through the app 27.99gbp for original xxl cheese and tomato, original xxl half and half at 18:55. Offer was buy any pizza and get second for just 5gbp. Got the confirmation of order at 18:55.After 10 minutes they were calling and i already was talking with someone so i called them back 1 minute later. They were asking about adress which i gave them through the app. I told the the adress again through the phone call. Then i waited to 21:00. Called them and they told me that they cancelled my order because they couldn't call me because my number is wrong. How? I called them back at 19:06! I told them to finalise the order and deliver it to me. After another 30 minutes driver were calling me because he had no idea where to deliver!! After going out to wait for him at main road and just freezing for 30 minutes outside i payed full price and got my pizza. I got one extra pizza but still i had 2 xxl already so giving smn an extra xxl pizza is just stupid! I payed FULL PRICE for a 3h waiting!!! The level of incompetence displayed by both the staff and the manager was beyond belief. To start, my order was mistakenly given to another delivery driver, resulting in a significant delay. When my food finally arrived, it was apparent that a new order had been prepared. However, much to my dismay, it was still incorrect.The final blow came when I requested that they correct the mistake and send me the right order. Shockingly, they outright refused to rectify their error, leaving me with no option but to accept the incorrect order. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to own up to their mistakes is completely unacceptable.
