We have always order Papa Johns and were loyal customers up until today. After the App not accepting my address (which is the same as always) I went into the computer to order from there but I was having issues updating the order to get the correct offer... After 5 attempts I manage to go through paying extra for no reason but ok, I can deal with that. I received the pizzas crushed with the seal open and I discovered that after all the attempts to order online I got one ingredient wrong, but I cannot eat that because of food allergy. I called them to explain that and basically they told me: pizza crushed? “This things happen in the bike” seal open? “Doesn’t matter “(In COVID pandemic!!!), wrong ingredient? “Is your fault, doesn’t matter that the app and website was faulty” after complaining he said he’ll give me a free pizza in next order so I called again and they told me off, now they don’t even answer the phone. They can see how many orders I’ve done in the past and I haven’t complained even once, and they treat me like this? Never again. UPDATE: They sent a new pizza later on and the delivery guy was nice and understanding but the experience with the manager left me with no appetite. Really bad...

Ordered a pizza, and mushrooms were missing. No biggie. Called them and after arguing the only solution was “we’ll give you a discount next time, but you need to call us”. Also, didn’t even get a “sorry”. Fine, I’ll let it slide. After over a month, I place another order. Although I could have called them, I’m honestly concerned in having people handling my food when they know I’ve complained before. As such, I placed another order via the website. Ordered a double pepperoni, which arrived with single pepperoni. I called them, and the “manager” (Karthik) said “I’ll call you back in 5”. After 10 minutes, still no calls from him, so I called him back. Again, the only solution was “order again, we’ll give you a discount then”. How can your shop still be open? You are messing up orders, and the only way you can fix the problem is asking the customer to order AGAIN, so ultimately profiting from it even if you give a discount.
