Popped in here after playing football for a much needed lunch. Saw the positive reviews and thought I'd give it a chance. Now, I've travelled around the Middle East and toured the top kebab / falafel spots in London, and reina is definitely up there with the best. Went for the falafel. Noticed them heating the durum wrap and painting it with some kind of oil and spice mix. I'm not sure exactly what it consists of (some sumac, I think), but it's incredibly tasty. So that was a good start! Falafel was fresh, crispy outside, and soft in the middle. Salad and sauce all good too. None of that soggy lettuce nonsense you often find in lower rate establishments. Cute little restaurant area, too, which I think you're meant to pay extra for, but they let it slide as it was minus 1c outside and wanted to offer a good service! Thanks. Will come back for the meat kebab and a proper sit down some time soon.

If I could give a Zero, I would, we walked in the shop and the guys had a very Rude approach, maybe because we was a Mix bunch 🇮🇳🇵🇹🇵🇱🇬🇧 we had a Weird Stare! After we stood in the shop for over 7minutes, He said WHAT DO YOU WANT! one of the girl answered! The short man replied Rudely WRAP ONLY! Could of saved us time if he said that at the beginning, plus the rudeness was not needed! So we Walked to a place NEAR BY!!! PLANET KEBAB and their Food and Customer Service was EVERYTHING!!! This REINA KEBAB DONT DESERVE THE 5star rating at all with the HOSTILE APPROACH

Recently visited Reina after a friend's suggestion. The kabab was astonishing in taste and flavor. Everything was freshly prepared. The ambience of the restaurant is peaceful where you can enjoy varieties of delicious kebab as well as Turkish cooked food. The service in this restaurant is appreciated. To my surprise, the chef himself came to my table to ask how the food was. It's highly recommended if you are nearby and craving for kabab

Ordering a takeaway:

I arrived at the restaurant on the 24/09/2024 at approximately 17:10 pm to order a takeaway wrap. After placing and paying for my order, I noticed other customers, who had arrived after me, being served before me, although I didn’t initially mention this. I paid for the wrap right after ordering and later also purchased a dessert, again paying immediately.

When I received my wrap and was about to leave the restaurant, one of the staff members—who wasn’t present when I first arrived—started shouting, accusing me of not paying for my food. I calmly explained that I had already paid and requested that she check the CCTV footage to confirm this, which she refused to do so. That would be kind and a good customer service if she just done that checked the camera and we would all be happy me as a customer and the restaurant selling their products. Because, I did pay, but of course she wasn't there so at that point I give her bit of time and I wanted to make her mind peace. However, she continued insisting that I hadn’t paid and asked the other staff members, one of whom incorrectly said that I had not paid. The person who I gave my money and paid for my meal at the till, said that she couldn't remember if I paid or not. The restaurant wasn't busy and it felt like they were belittling me as a human.

I then politely I stated that I didn't want the food anymore and I asked for my money back, as I felt unfairly accused and distressed by the situation. Another customer, who wasn’t involved in the original exchange, rudely intervened, accusing me of wasting police time. Despite this, I calmly repeated that I simply wanted my money back and to be treated with respect as a paying customer.

At this point, I was feeling anxious and distressed. I also carry a hidden disability badge, which was ignored by the staff during this exchange. Eventually, the woman refunded my money, but she continued to blame me for the situation, saying it was my fault, and refused to acknowledge...

Hello Dear Readers I've been a loyal customer of this fantastic business for 4 years, and I'm thrilled to give them 5 stars! I love treating myself, family, and friends here. The owners, a lovely couple, are always warm and welcoming. The food is delicious, and their products consistently receive top ratings from satisfied customers.

We even celebrated a birthday party here and had a great time. My 90-year-old uncle raved about the meals and now orders takeout regularly.

I've read some reviews and couldn't believe the complaints about toilet access. Understandably, the owners prioritize their customers' needs, and it's reasonable to expect customers to make a purchase before using the facilities, especially given the location.

Overall, I'd give them 10 stars if possible. They're a top-notch restaurant deserving of loyalty and support

Ps.Its not all about kebabs just go and treat your self with Traditional Turkish meals those served with sauces such as Beans with meat +rice and salad or Mussakka or Imam bayildi:)...

I came here after being in north london looking for a nice kebab place. this had the best reviews and you walk in to a lovely smell and trays of different traditional food, meat and vegetable based ones. i was very tempted but i knew i wanted a chicken diner and a lamb shish.

the two chaps behind the counter are lovely and friendly. it’s perfectly clean, you can see they really take pride in this place. i could see a restaurant area toward the back and i want to come here and eat in person.

the baklava looked lovely so i grabbed a pot of that plus some hummus.

at home the meat was lovely and flavoured. the chicken dinner nice and moist and the lamb nice size and now chewy. the bread is brushed with some kind of flavoured oil and i am for breakfast sat here eating it with the garlic oil and considering making the trip back to archway for more.

really great place who i hope is around for many many years to come. thank you for a...
