Papadelli Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in London

Firstly the place is tatty and needs refurbishing, I was in town with my siblings to registrar our mum's death we was early so popped in here for a cuppa and bite to eat. I ordered from the menu 2x2pots of tea to be told we don't have two. Ok no problem will have 4x1 pot of tea no we don't have enough she was very sarcastic, so I said then I will have 4 cups of tea raised eyebrows she looks at other server who says that's fine 🙄. I order our rolls and my cheese and cucumber roll without butter the same but in a sandwich and a marble cake £15:50. We get our food which is wrong mine has loads of spreading. When I said her reply well I didn't hear you then 5 mins later I get a fresh one then our tea arrives. In the meantime she's served someone else's food and as she walks around counter swears about them they hear her then the awful manager threatens to through them out without a refund. What an excellent decision to come here for brekkie! Walking in felt like walking back in time. I always forget that Enfield really isn't London so it feels much more like a rural village than a suburb. The components of the breakfast were all really high quality - the bacon, egg, sausage and brown sauce in particular. I was disappointed by the tea, but that was mostly because I'm fussy about tea. The service was really pleasant and the price was very reasonable. The other customers were 100% characters in a soap opera, they can't have been real, they were so delightfully quirky. I had not been here for a long time. Food is very tasty, but on this visit I was shocked to what I saw, I ordered our food at the counter and paid. We went to seat down and as I turned around I saw a lady worker behind the counter taking a puff of her vape and blow out towards the food I was so shocked I went up to the counter and told the other lady worker I saw your colleague smoking. She said no she’s not I said she was because I saw it. She apologised but it’s not good enough. Management should keep an eye on this as it’s not acceptable. If I had not paid for our food I would...
