Peri Peri Chicken Bites — Restaurant in London

Very poor service – not recommended at all. I had a terrible experience. A young guy at the counter treated me very rudely. I had already placed my order online with an estimated preparation time of 30 minutes. When I arrived after 30 minutes, the order was still not ready. I had to wait another half an hour.

When I asked the guy about my order, he responded rudely and said, “I didn’t take your order, ask the person who did.” Ironically, the same person was later the one packing the order. If he was handling the packing, then why couldn’t he simply help me or check the status?

There was absolutely no sense of customer service, no professionalism, and the attitude was unacceptable.

On top of that, they insisted on taking cash even though they had a card machine available. Why push for cash? To avoid UK taxes? This raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I do not recommend this...

I have been coming here for 3 weeks now wheb down in the area. I am so happy I found a chicken shop like this one. The flavours reminds of a chicken shop down in east London. The price is good the cheapest I seen in Wandsworth. I had hot wings absolutely on point. Chicken and chips and chicken burger. Their pizza is ok. All in allthis is my favourite...

Really good place, the staff is really kind, the prices are so good (5£ 1 pizza 10inch, 1 small frites and 1 drink), and the quality of the food it's also amazing, you can't ask for more with that prices. I use to eat here every friday after work and i recommend this...
