Witnessed shocking criminal behaviour from the Half Chinese looking young manager at the counter. I ordered food and was waiting and saw a young man and his grandfather come in the store and order. The elderly gentleman was a bit slow as you would expect from his age. The manager then proceeded to ask him "are you good boss" very rudely which his grandson then took the money back and cancelled the order. The manager then started being very rude and aggressive shouting at the grandson in which the grandson replied back defending his grandfather from this violent behaviour. The manager was shouting at both of them saying "what are you going to do", "I say whatever I want to you", challenging them to a fight and then told both of them "suck your filthy mum".
I was completely shocked that a manager of a store can speak to an elderly gentleman and his grandson like that and challenge an elderly man to a fight. It was so pathetic for a young worker to disrespect someone of that age like that. That is the last time I will go to this shop and will be reporting him to the council and probably the police for intimidation.

I double checked with the delivery driver but he confirmed he has not left anything back. I called up the restaurant and one of the staff said he had missed the rice and would offer a free rice next time when I order. I had informed that I would prefer a refund rather than having a free rice next time. He then kept saying that I was a regular customer even though I wasn't a regular customer. Read moreWe had ordered through Uber Eats, it was under the name Lebanese Grill Express they were in Uber Eats. We ordered for 40£ and they missed an item. We called them and the first thing the person said after raising the complaint was that they would send extra the item they missed today the next time we order. The worst service any customer would be getting, the entitlement they forced on us to not give us a refund. They said and I quote “ I will give you the refund if we order again, you are our regular customer”(that’s the first time we ordered and the last time as well). Whoever the person is running the shop or who worked today and picked up the call at 6:50 PM today, run the shop with responsible people and show at least a bit of respect to other people and their money.
