PFC Grill Tooting — Restaurant in London

Owner & staff have recently changed, new ppl taken over. The two in the shop are very different. My recent visit in the month of the holy month of Ramadan was shocking. I ordered 2 meals, 1 chicken wrap for a person & 1 Halloumi wrap being a veggie. I went to pay and was told the card machine was not working, so paid cash. A man came into the shop, ordered, the shorter guy came to serve and picked up the card machine and took his payment! So that was a huge lie.

I saw one of the staff leave the shop for around 5 minutes and then came back, no washing of hands took place when he returned. The short one was singing and singing while preparing food. This was not good as he could accidentally lose saliva while singing and he continued for some time. I noticed he didn't want to engage with even the customers likewise myself and the man before, no please, no thank you,just plain rude.

The taller one asked me if I would like a burger that a customer did not collect as they were closing, and the short one replied loudly and aggressively in his language, that I knew he had said something negative, not only that, but I could see the other man's face that he had said No don't give it out, or that he wanted it. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from the short man and his customer service skills spoil the shop atmosphere.

When I arrived home, I saw that I had been given chicken instead of halloumi and was very annoyed as that was my money gone down the drain and I could not eat it and there wasn't anyone else to give it to.

Terrible behaviour in such a holy month, not only telling lie, rude customer service , unhygienic practice in a shop serving food, agressive/bully behaviour in front of a customer to another staff member,wrong order and serving chicken to someone who is a vegetarian, overall poor customer service skills.

I will not be coming here again, I will mention it to my family & friends too and my NHS colleagues not to spend their money here.

I will venture to the Mitcham branch and never...

The best way to top the polls in fast food is fresh food and good service, and Abby's certainly manages this. Especially in the mad lunch time rush, which sees NHS Workers (which get a discount) queue to get one if the tasty halal meal deal offers.

The staff are organised and accommodating and get the order right amidst the mass of customers coming in. Definitely a pit stop for those that want to grab a no grills fulfilling meal.

Quick tip, if it is busy just order and come back. Saves you waiting around becoming impatient. Remember they're cooking the meat fresh, it's not heated up in a microwave like alot of top...

i went there today as usual they normally open at 12nn.. i was there at 12:10 the guy said their not open yet because he needs to do some cleaning..it happen as well few months ago went there at 12nn they said not ready eventhough i mention im buying 4 whole chicken.. the worst branch of abbys is tooting..
