I recently visited the Shisha Cafe with high hopes of enjoying a relaxing evening with a cup of mint tea. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon ordering mint tea, I was surprised to be served hot water with mint leaves instead of the traditional brewed tea with mint that I had anticipated. When I approached the waiter to inquire about the beverage, I was met with defensive and disrespectful behavior. He went so far as to assert his Moroccan heritage, suggesting that he knew more about tea than I did and passing comments such as “whateva yh yh”. Still defending that a mint tea is boiled water with mint 🤷‍♂️ Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I firmly believe in the right to receive the service I've requested without being subjected to rudeness or disrespect. Unfortunately, the behavior of the waiter at this Shisha cafe fell far short of this expectation. Considering my negative experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. The waiter's rude behavior and the incorrect service provided are not worth the time or money spent. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of service and professionalism within the cafe. Overall, I left the Shisha cafe feeling disappointed and dissatisfied, and I believe potential customers should be aware of the lackluster experience that awaits them.

I recently visited Triumph, a shisha lounge, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with good vibes and great music that set the mood for a fantastic night. One thing that really stood out to me was the quality of the cocktails. They were not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the way they were able to blend different flavors and create unique tastes that left me wanting more. In addition to the amazing cocktails, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help and answer any questions that I had. It made me feel like I was among friends, and I couldn't have been happier with the service. One of the things that I appreciated the most was the availability of heaters. This made the atmosphere comfortable and cozy, which is not always the case in shisha lounges. It was great to be able to enjoy the shisha without feeling the cold breeze. Overall, I had an amazing time at Triumph. If you're looking for a great shisha lounge with fantastic vibes, music, and cocktails, then this is the place for you. The staff are friendly, and the availability of heaters is a real plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out!

Very nice place and very unassuming from the high street. The restaurant at the back is decorated really nice and it feels quite intimate. The seating area is seated outside but feels like your on the inside. People are smoking shisha and normal cigarettes, which I want too keen on. Food was lovely and very tasty, but the lamb chops were small and didn't have much meat on them. All in all I would go back and its a lovely place to celebrate a special occasion. Be prepared to spend as this isn't a cheap night out. Also they limit the time spent at the table and the brought the bill before we had finished even though it took them a while to bring the food, and we bought cocktails after our meal, which they delivered after giving us the bill, so we negotiated added time or offered to return the drinks and for them to refund us. This was the only bit of the night we were not best pleased about.

Dreadful - It was miserable, it sucked it was terrible. In my 26 years of life I have never come across such awful customer service and was left extremely disappointed. Other than that I was fine.

So I went out for dinner here, this lounge has a regular sized main menu but I have a nut allergy meaning my options ended up being limited to a prawn starter, steak and fries with salad or well as a fish dish. I opted to get some prawns as a starter and this was fine whilst I also chose to get some sirloin steak with fries and salad - this was not fine.

To my surprise, when my main arrived, I only received some steak and salad - I didn't receive any fries and I assumed that they had forgotten to deliver these. Even more bewildering, when I asked the waitress about this, they said that they could not give me these fries due to my nut allergy. This was strange to me because I have never been unable to have fries at a lounge before due to this reason but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that they could not give this to me. I then asked if I could have a suitable side to replace the fries instead since I am being charged the standard price for this meal to which they had replied that they could only give me extra salad - the rest of the sides were also inaccessible to me due to my nut allergy. My frustration however was with the fact that there was no word upfront that a person with a nut allergy is unable to have fries in the first place with such few alternatives to choose from other than the fries. The response from the waiters wasn't one of understanding but instead they were trying to deflect the blame onto me as if it was my fault that I was unaware of this. This really irritated me.

I spoke to the manager at the lounge and they had said a similar thing - that they could not give me fries and only could give me extra salad with no alternative to other sides. Again though, the tone wasn't one of understanding of my frustration but deflecting the blame onto me for my choice. I then requested a partial refund for not having chips which I think was a fair request which they said they could do... before immediately taking my plate of food away from me!

Now , I'm really annoyed and requested for the steak to be returned (which they did) and they gave me extra salad 10 minutes later. They then asked if I wanted olive oil on my salad which I asked whether they had nuts in - the colleague wasn't sure so they went to check and never got back to me...

So to summarise, I was upset by the service that I received and felt that the staff weren't recognising my frustration nor were they taking accountability for their own mistakes. They did not provide a suitable solution to not getting what I ordered and honestly was left really disappointed . Anyone with a nut allergy should not (SHOULD NOT) go here - chicken, burger and pasta dishes are off limits for anyone with nut allergies as well as chips, most sides and olive oil (well who knows about the latter but given what was off limits, it might as well be).

I was charged a full meal for what was essentially leaves with meat - not steak and fries - and WILL NOT be...

I booked my birthday dinner at truimph lounge and we was greeted by nice staff and shown to our table however the waiter was very inpatient and wanted to take our drinks order starters and main all at once.....we literally took off our coats and was being shown the food menu when looking at the drinks menu we decided to order a zombie only to find out they was out of stock we then asked for another again out of stock so we suggested leaving out the missing ingredients and just adding what ingredients they had the waitier still didnt want to comparmise which was my 1st red flag ..so after waiting around 20 mins we got our drinks however the order wasn't correct we asked for a gin with cucumber we got gin with lime...something we didn't ask for when we questioned this to the waiter the response was "thats what we serve with the drink" something again I thought was rude... Now to the food.....it was very much salty we had a table for 10 and around 7 people complained the food either was very very very salty or no taste at all.....we ordered the grill of the day only to find out it was fresh fish with rubber squid rings and some dead prawns with no sauce and tesco salad the calamari was extremely salty and thin we couldn't finish it..... the squid was a no no no taste no seasoning just a lemon slice the chicken pastas had no chicken pieces in it if they did it was minced it lacked flavour and appeal...the chicken wings was salty honest truth and the steak and chips we ordered medium and came well done we was given free shots i suppose it was the resturants way of saying sorry we didnt pay for the service charge which was expected and the resturant didnt argue we did tip the waiter for trying however...these constant inconsistencies and mistakes is why I graded truimph lounge a 2 star I must say my cake was greeted to me nicely and the atmosphere was beautiful just the costumer service and food is poor....I personally wouldn't come here again especially after such a bad experience if your someone who is about photos and nice scenery then come...

I booked a table for 24 people at 8pm for a birthday and paid a deposit. When we arrived we were told the max group size was actually 20 something no one mentioned beforehand. The manager admitted it was their mistake but at that point, we were already there so we had no choice but to stay. They split us across two separate tables and even then there wasn’t enough space for everyone some of our guests had to stand or wait outside, and one person was left standing for nearly an hour, they were told they couldn’t even order a drink because they weren’t seated which is just ridiculous. It took almost an hour and a half before the rest of the group was finally seated, and then we were told we only had the table for 2 hours. We booked for 8pm weren’t properly seated until about 8:30, and yet were told we had to leave by 10pm meanwhile the food didn’t even start coming out until 11:30pm. One of the meals had to be returned because there was a hair in the food, and the staff had the nerve to say it was the guest’s own hair and that they must’ve put it there themselves so unprofessional. I also ordered a drink that I paid for but never received even after asking multiple times it never came To top it all off the manager brought over bottles of prosecco as a "gesture" but it was the kind you could buy yourself at Costco he literally told me I should’ve just gone to Costco to get it. So not only did they mess up the booking they were rude on top of it. If you're planning to go with a large group DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE as they cannot accommodate a...
