Pink Garlic — Restaurant in London

Just used pink garlic for the first time. Very pleasant and polite staff, including the driver. We are new to the area and have been researching and trying most of the Indian takeaways, until we could find a contender for the fantastic Babour in Brockley, that we have been using for the past 30 years. Well, look no further, I think this is it. Excellent food, fresh, tender and tasty. I have high standards, so I will remind them if they drop theirs! I'm saddened that I couldn't award them 5 stars. Reason being the size and portions of the onion bhajies. By comparison to other Indian takeaways, they are quite small. If that's the size of bhajies they want to serve, that's fine, but they must make an adjustment in the portion, add a few more or serve larger ones, we all know the price of an onion! This place is very dodgy, they are very dishonest about the price and all the charges. The service is poor and the person who was in charge of our table called Abdul was very dishonest and after making money for the owner. It was very obvious and we were all noticed his dishonesty and being pushy to sell us more stuffs. They charged us around £1000 for nothing. When we checked we found out that they charged us £10 per glass of Aldi Coke. They charged £300 for two bottles of rose.who do they think they are ? Update since last review No receipt given, Delivery driver was incredibly rude, Portions were extremely small compared to even just last year. When i contacted the restaurant with feedback and to request a receipt, the person had no interest at all, and dismissed the complaint and request with as much as i could make out on the phone with "meh". He could not be bothered. After revisiting this restaurant now twice since the last review, i will no longer go to or order from Pink Garlic. Extremely poor since the ruby days.

Last review Rude staff. The food was typical and acceptable. But the staff quite literally slammed the door on one of our group, on the way out.
