Taste-Bud — Restaurant in London

Okay, my wife had gone hear before and was served by a chap and thought it was nice. She suggested I came along and tried it out. Naturally, she's always trying to find new haunts to impress the chef, her husband... that being me.

The cafe is nice enough and the staff are polite, which is normally 70% of the experience. However, we went for the English breakfast. Unfortunately, it took a long time coming, bearing in mind that there were at least three lovely ladies behind the counter, and when it came it was a trifle small but the bacon was so over down that I could have used it as foundations for a new building.

Again, I cannot criticise the hospitality but the good was second rate.

Come on guys, cooking an English breakfast is as easy as tripping over a broken...

This place is a lovely little village café. Run and managed by a very lovely Italian gentleman and his staff. All food and beverages served with a smile and care. All food is prepare and cooked on site and is fresh. Because this little place is very popular, sometimes there can be a little wait for your food but nothing to get upset with because you are always so well looked after 👍 Even through lockdown there have been queues of customers outside waiting for their takeaway orders 🌻 Highly recommended!...

Mouldy food, food poisoning inevitable with the food hygiene won't be going back. The hot chocolate was powdery and a bit too strong, the toastie's took half an hour. When arrived my chicken, bacon and cheese toastie had mostly bacon not much cheese, the chicken what was in it was dry and I found a grey piece which means it was either off or had mould. The place it was being cut looked unhygienic too, I was refunded for the toastie but it will not be going...
