Firstly, I would like to let you know that I am extremely disappointed by the attitude we have recieved from the Wandsworth pizza gogo store manager, he was extremely rude and was not accepting the fact that he got our order wrong the first time. We placed an order at 6.54pm on 24/01/2024 and we placed an order for the the twin deal small with dragon wings for the sides, however we got normal wings and we returned the wings with the driver and he came back and gave us wings just poured a reckless amount of bbq sauce on top of the same box of wings we returned!
Furthermore, we called the store up and the manager picked up and was not accepting the fact that he gave us the same wings, which was cold but adding a huge amount of bbq sauce on it wasn't really good customer service and for that he responds "thats how we normally prepare dragon wings" however, we have been ordering from them for a very long time and this is first time I have encountered the wings to be extremely cold with massive amount of sauce on it!
The manager then offered that he would send over the dragon wings again and he mentions that even if he send over the wings again, it's going to be the same. Whereas, me and my husband we know how and what dragon wings we have been eating since we have ordered Pizza Gogo, as you can refer to my account and how much of a loyal customer I have been and to be totally honest we never order anywhere else for pizza but PIZZA GOGO.
While I was typing this complaint a rude delivery driver called me at 8.17pm and was like "I AM OUTSIDE FROM PIZZA GOGO" so my husband went and opened the door and the driver gave him another box of wings which basically looked like the wings we normally order, we clearly mentioned to the manager that we didn't need another box but he still went on to send someone to us.
I am extremely disheartened by the way they treated us for the first time ever and now thinking about it, unfortunately I don't think we will be ordering in the near future again. It is with great sadness that we came to this decision because the manager from the Wandsworth store wasn't really helping us.
Thank you for taking your time to read this and I really hope this complaint gets to the manager of Wandsworth store., please also mention that its best for him to treat their customer right or they will end up like me typing this complaint and not ordering...

I am asking for a new pizza they tell me if I have touched it they won't replace my pizza but how are you ment to no it wasn't stuff crust and till you take a bit
Now it's nearly a hour and still no new pizza. I should of read the reviews on this place before I ordered
But to be fare the delivery driver that came back with a new pizza was really sorry for the messing about to be honest he couldn't of been sorry enough

My breakdown is below:
a) Cheese -- Gooey and lots of it +++ b) Pepperoni -- Overflowing c) Base -- Crisped up nicely, not oily d) Temperature -- Piping e) Dips -- Nothing to write home about
I thought LONG and HARD about giving this place 4 stars as the pizza is definitely under salted, but on balance I decided against this. You would think they would be very liberal with the seasoning?
