Pizza Go Go Bromley — Restaurant in London

AVOID AT ALL COST, this place is actually worse then the pizza hut next door, and that’s saying something as that pizza hut is shocking! Where shall I start, orderd to pizzas for collection was told 30mins, got there and pizza was still not ready soo ended up waiting, when we got the pizza I didn’t bother to check in the shop which was a big mistake. Got home to a house full of hungry people opened the boxes everyone took a slice and what do we get? DRY COLD sorry excuse for a pizza. Called the shop and explained the pizza was cold and dry despite having just collected and I literally live 2min walk /5min drive away theres no way the pizza should be in this condition. Was told there’s nothing they can do about it and I requested for a well done pizza. Now what the hell is a well done pizza? Who ask for that? Certainly not me! They then decided to change the story and claim the pizzas were dry and they had to turn their oven up as earlier in the day they were getting complaints about delivering raw pizzas 🤢🤢🤢 after that I had heard enough, they clearly don’t know how to make pizza how can you go from one exstreme to next. The actual shop actually looks filthy so that should of been a sign to stay away in the first place. But won’t be making that mistake again, they refused to refund and said if we hadn’t touch the pizza they would of made us a new one but they needed the old one back so they could resell it. 🤮🤮🤮 Flith!!!! I have been a regular customer for this branch and ordered almost every week religiously, but recently had a terrible experience with them.

Previously they forgot to send an extra dip and I merely mentioned it, they decided to send it on the house today, but all of them had leaked inside the boxes. I called to complain about it and instead of apologizing and saying it won’t happen again the guy on the phone started making excuses to why it happened.

I wasn’t looking for a freebie of any sort or to create an issue but the person on the phone was extremely passive aggressive when the only thing to diffuse the situation would’ve been a simple “I’m sorry this happened and we’ll try to avoid it next time”. But sadly that was too much to ask for.

This is a disgusting, unhygienic place where staff don't wear any protective gear and roam around touching unsavoury places. They don't even wear an apron or a hat even though one of them had large bunch of puffy hair and his trousers were below his thigh fully exposing his underwear. Its not only that they pick all the dropped toppings (cheese, meat, mushroom, etc) scattered around the pizza table and put them back to your pizza or back to the containers. This is disgusting and dangerous. You don't want to have food poisoning from this disgusting place so PLEASE AVOIDE AT ALL COST!. When I saw this I raised this with the owner he was very rude, defensive and argued with me and told me not to come if I complain anything about his pizzas.
