Jollof rice - incredible flavour, absolutely loved it. Texture and seasoning is balanced to perfection.

Meat pie - good amount of meat inside, good flavouring - the pastry is perfect in amount (not like thick bread with a small amount of meat), wasn’t stale - the pastry is lovely and light, but not too thin either

Fried plantain - perfect texture, isn’t like cardboard, not burnt and not raw in the middle, and not oily - typically these are the problems with plantain at restaurants that do it - but this one was perfect - I can’t fault it

The venue from outside looks fresh and new, the restaurant was clean and fresh inside. the staff member on site was very nice and welcoming. He gave a quick run down of what was available. I went in at lunch time but they were not serving anything fresh, the curries and jollof rice was all packed in containers. The curry chicken was quite plain, I got an extra pot of spicy sauce to bring up the flavour of the jollof and curry. Flavours are out of this world! Triple A Kitchen always deliver perfection! We placed a catering order for Christmas day of Peppered Gizzard, Moi Moi in Banana Leaf, Asun and Puff Puff. Pick up was Christmas eve lunchtime which was great for freshness and they packaged the entire order with so much care and attention to detail.
