Pizza Go Go — Restaurant in London

Very disappointed with the service of this place, i called to order something i had ordered two days prior to this incident, 3 portions of Cookie's which cost £4 per portion, they turned around and said you have to order a pizza with it, so i was forced to order a fourth portion which took the price up to £16.

The driver came with one medium box, i was expecting 4 seperate boxes as they normally come in small boxes, 1 box per portion. Upon opening the box i was extremely surprised to see they were all squashed together like mashed potatoes! Also who on earth puts Pizza Sauces in a box with Cookies 👎🏾

Very Poor service! they've offered to refund me half the amount back after a lengthy conversation over the phone but haven't received it yet and have been told that only the management have authorisation to refund and it'll take three days.

I actually used to order from here alot, but have no plans to do so in the future...

Stole my money. Ordered from here and the food just never turned up but on the website it said the order was complete. I phoned the restaurant to ask what had happened about an hr and a half after ordering and they said they hadn't started making the order so they'd cancel it. Still showed as complete on the website after this. No money has been refunded to my account and no email or anything to acknowledge they cancelled the order. Thieves!

Edit: in reply to the Pizza Gogo response below, I tried contacting them using that email address before posting a review but I am still waiting for a response. Maybe their social media team are more competent than their complaints team. Or maybe they just want to give the public impression they will do something about it instead of actually doing...

It kind of put me off ordering a piece of from them because of even I’ve been a long time customer with them and today is the day that I am not feeling well and I have lost time. Can you deliver knowing that I’m a literally she second away from the shop and this is how they treat the community customers and that’s absolutely disgusting. I will never use them again and also they need to learn how to speak to the customer properly. They are very lucky...
