Diabolical service & experience from the Islington branch!

Firstly, we placed an order online at 8 pm and waited an hour and 45 minutes, even though the delivery stated 'an hour'.

They charged for something we didn't receive, my husband called both the driver and the restaurant and we were promised that the driver would bring the side order which we initially ordered and paid for (yes they also read the correct order to us on the phone so they are fully aware that they got this wrong and still no one has turned up. The time is now 12. 43 am)!

The pizza was partly wrong so my husband called again several times only to be offered no good will gestures, he was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then was hung up on.

The main staff who poorly dealt with our situation gave their names as 'Michael' and 'Malek' and said their manager is 'Syed'... They ignored my husband's number on several occasions and answered another number quickly (which we used to call). I spoke to them and was also hung up on. They had the audacity to respond defensively and disrespectfully to both my husband and I on all the 6 phone calls we made.

This type of conduct is never acceptable and in situations like this is a clear sign that this store has untrained, incompetent juveniles running it. All conversations have been recorded by us as stated several times to the shop employees. We advise all individuals who are considering to order from here to save their time and money and go elsewhere!

Very Rube and Poor Management System

I ordered from this batch through uber eats. I have noticed that I have made a mistake on my order. I simply forgot to remove the onions from my pizza. I immediately called the branch and a lady answers telling me the pizza is with the delivery man. I truly think she did not understand what I was talking about especially she didn't take my order number. I did ask her if I can talk to someone else. That person could care less. I mean he didn't even listen and kept saying all pizzas are in the oven then literally hung up on me! I was very polite yet to be treated this way! The guy didn't even ask about my order number or anything. I called a minute later and asked to talk to the manager. I told him the story and he was very polite. He said I am sorry your order is ready to be picked up we can't change anything in your order now but I will give you something extra. how about a small Pepsi bottle. My response thank you I don't need that extra Pepsi bottle but it would have been best if you have a better customer service. But he insisted on sending that extra Pepsi bottle a a gesture of any inconvenience caused. I have received my order 10 minutes later and with no extra Pepsi bottle! I am amazed!

First order, completely wrong order arrived but was allowed to keep that whilst we waited for original order (which we dared not eat in fear of contamination from one of the staff for our complaint) wrong order was tasty though.. Second order and last ever order from this chain.. Over an hour late.. Had to flag down the driver who was driving aimlessly up and down our road when he should have just stopped and called... Paid and headed back inside. The pizza was cold, looked old and reheated, dry and no cheese, uncooked dough and greasy. Absolutely traumatising I still feel sick thinking about it. Mac and cheese tasted of soured milk and the cookie dough was burnt and greasy. Only thing half edible was the cheese garlic bread but that too was cold and soggy. I don't know whether it was the 50% off code I used which incited such low qual food but I would not trust this place with my money or my health. Needs closed down quite frankly. Did get half of our money back after phoning up and complaining which is something at least worthy of that obligatory 1 star.
