I actually called the restaurant today and requested to speak to a manger before I decided to leave this review, however âhe was unavailableâ to speak with me. I have ordered from here a few times and its only so many times you can give someone chances to rectify their mistakes. I really find it difficult to believe that Pizza Hut allows franchises like this to operate with no care what so ever. Bearing in mind that this would have been my 6th or 7th order, and we have had issues on every occasion. They are very stingy with their toppings on the veg pizza, pan base pizza is supposed to be the âmarket leader baseâ but itâs always soggy. 2 orders back they actually forgot one of the 2 pizzas back in the restaurant and then didnât offer an apology. Time before that they sent the wrong cookie dough and with no ice cream. Today my pizza was delivered with boxes that looked like someone had sat on them. All the cheese on the margarita was stuck to the lid leaving hardly any on the actual pizza so that went right the bin. When I asked the driver, he blamed the restaurant and his explanation was that because they packed it hot the boxes get dismantled⌠Like when does Pizza Hut ever allow inadequate packaging? Then there is the difficult task of asking them to remember the garlic sauce which has been forgotten about on 4 occasionsâŚ. seriously how hard is that. Try calling to speak with them, firstly, you will be met with poor attitude for mentioning any issues which is incredible to believe. The female staff has so much attitude and will make you feel as she is doing the world a favour by answering the call. Overall, it is really difficult to rely on this place when ordering more than 2 pizzas as it seems to be a massive task that clearly overwhelms their team. They are clearly just trying to milk it on the fact that they are the only branch in the area of Pizza Hutt. Wonât be giving them another...

In morning I checked did not receive refund then I called again this time store guy said manager will come around 4pm so he will do process I said ok will call again and now when I call to store they put me on hold and then Manager Bilal said I will not refund and do whatever you can do such a rude behaviour.    Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff taking orders at Pizza Hut Kingston. The person at the counter was rude, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in providing decent customer service. We tried to place a simple order and asked for it to be made a certain way â nothing outrageous, just a small customization â and she flat out refused without even trying to explain or accommodate us. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she acted like we were bothering her by just placing an order.
Itâs frustrating when youâre spending your money and get treated like a problem instead of a customer. Definitely wonât be coming back to this location anytime soon. If Pizza Hut wants to keep loyal customers, they really need to do better with their staff training...
