Extremely Disappointing Service – Staff Needs Training in Basic Courtesy

I visited this restaurant recently and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I arrived well before the posted closing time, expecting at least a basic level of service. Instead, I was met with outright refusal to take my order.

What made it worse was the arrogant attitude — when I expressed my disappointment, a staff member casually said, “Do whatever you want, we don’t care.” That level of disrespect is unacceptable in any customer-facing business.

Restaurants thrive not just on food quality but also on hospitality. If the staff behaves like they’re doing you a favor by merely acknowledging your presence, it speaks volumes about the management and training. I left without ordering, and I won’t be returning.

I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat their customers. No one deserves to be spoken...

The quality of the food in this place is amazing. It is a small business run by a couple who know their meat! Their lamb shish is tender and full of flavour, and their chicken shish melts in your mouth. The flavour is incredible. I can honestly say that I haven't had such exquisite quality of meat in the area, if not the whole of London. My hubby's favorite is the chicken shawarma, and he only orders it here because he's very picky about how chicken should smell and taste, and he trusts the quality at Tabbouleh so much! By the way, their tabbouleh is a true tabbouleh and tastes just as it should! Their fries are extremely crunchy, even towards the end of your meal, you can still feel that satisfying crunch under your teeth! It's a really well-done business with the highest quality of raw materials and food...

This place is honestly so amazing!!! I ordered from here on uber eats and I got a meat with rice. In the comments i wanted some salad and extra sauce on the side. Later i get a call from the restaurant saying that they cant give me salad cz it only comes with a meal (and I didnt get a meal). I was so hungry this night and i felt so disappointed when the lady told me this. I asked her if I can cancel this order and pre-order again from the app, she very nicely said that the driver is already here so she cant do that. But guess what!!
